I thought the one asking for an open top bus tour so they could be stoned was, perhaps, a little harsh!

"I actually thought Forest comfortably deserved the win. We maybe edged a tight first half and the second half was constant pressure from Forest. They could easily have had an extra penalty and Grabban was clean through but for a very dodgy offside flag. They passed better and pinned us back and eventually the pressure told."

When we get a good win I like to look up the opposition fans' youtube vlogs. It's amazing how fans of the opposite club see the games.

I've wanted Fulham to chase Brennan Johnson in the off season.

But I hope he has a poor day today.

Looks like a decent FFC following, fair play to them.

1-0 Get in

I was about to get mad because Mitro should have gotten a penalty for having his shirt almost pulled off in the box...

Own goal?

Think Forest got annoyed with our corner tactic then, seems Odoi did the sacrificial lamb role and got floored

Rodal has the first touch of an elephant, as much as I love him

thats something like 5 goals from set pieces this season, amazing from a team that always used to hit the first man

Thats a red, not a yellow. Horrible tackle from behind no chance to get the ball.

Why does Mitro insist on taking free kicks? He's absolutely crap at them, I can't remember him ever getting one round the wall. More bizarre when you consider we have Kebano and Wilson who can take them much better

30 minutes in...Haven't been impressed with our play so far, thankfully we got a bit of a lucky goal.

Forest aren't much, but we have been very average.

Eh? We've contained them to just giving the ball away before they get into our half, and our passing and movement off the ball has been too good for them to handle. They've gotten gradually deeper and had to switch their tactics because we've had so little pressure on TC and Seri

I think we are playing well. Not giving them time or space when they have the ball. Everyone doing their bit.

Yellow to Ream. So that is exactly the same punishment than the cynical challenge from behind from the Forest player.

I actually think Forest have been on top for 30 mins of this half

Gettin coventry vibes

The crowd seem to get this ref excited but silly from Denis there.

What an awful game.

Thank god this claret is drinking well.

Not to jinx it...but we've held a clean sheet in the first half.

Except for 2 plays...the defense has looked solid.

Need that second goal.

Forest have scored 2 or more goals in 5 of their last 6 matches.   So far we've held the clean sheet.

Not a comfortable lead, but the defense has been sound.

I'm still not a fan of BDR...but he's a white so I root for him.   I'd still sub him for Reed and move Tom further forward.  (I miss Fabio's movement)

What a miss by Grabban.

Grabbon doesn't usually miss them.

We're just waiting to concede.

Got to admit it feels like a goal from them is coming

We're not creating anything going forward

hahahah what a goal

Bizarre game... who cares

2-0! Cmon Fulham - well done mitro!

LOL

Forest players keep running into their own.

We'll take it.

I don't get why people are getting miffed we're not 5-0 up or something daft. Forest have won 5/6 of their last games and we were never going to turn up and steamroller them???

YES!!!!!!!!!

One proper goal at least

Anyway game over, the moaners are stood down

Re our performance - we've been poor, but it's been a difficult game against the in form team in the league, away from home and we're now 2-0 up without being spectacular. We should appreciate the significance of that. If it stays this way and the game ends 2-0 to us, before the game many of us would've been happy. It's our sternest test to date and so far we're winning. West Brom up next weekend, another challenge, but you can only beat the team in front of you and with our injuries this is a professional performance.

P.S - Kebano NOW - 3-0.

Well well well, this is proper stuff, play pretty average and find ourselves 3-0 up

Their keeper was poorly positioned there at his near post.

Well, poor old Forest.

Competitive. Will win a fair few games in this league.

Forest have lost their heads now it seems

The Championship is the last league you want to take your foot off the gas. Even at 3 nil the game is not over

What about 4-0?

Crazy game, we haven't played that well, and we're winning 4-0.

Good night to the "in form" team of season. You've been right beaten by a might Fulham side when we've played very average overall.

Forest fans leaving after 66 minutes, gutless glory hunters.

Sign of a great team when you are thrashing the in form side while not being at your best.

Think if Gazza was in goal that would have been a goal

Great save there by Rodak

We are beating a Double European Champions team 4-0 in their own yard

This ref?

That looks to be an awful call from the ref

Ref inexperienced and card trigger happy.

No idea how he saw a dive there. Wilson rightly infuriated.

3 Forest players on their knees!

Djed Spence looks pretty good, certainly doing our academy proud

What a win!

Very happy with the result & the performance.

Haven't seen the stats but can only recall the Grabban chance for them?

they did look like scoring for large parts of the game. a few half chances maybe?

A visit from Forest is the perfect time to put a clueless novice in charge. Expecting a 1-3 sickener, won't get a chance to do this again

Hopefully we put Tuesday behind us with a win and a performance, however putting shithouseStroud aside, our last two performances have been poor.
Heart says 3-1, head says 1-1
Cmon lads let’s get back on the horse, Cmon you Rssssss

I didn't think we were poor against Sunderland, can certainly play a lot better but was quite similar to performance against Blackburn last week.

1-1 Austin

I'm surprised you think Austin will play let alone score

Agreed. Austin’s had dry spells before and he’s streaky like most strikers. Only takes one goal and I fancy he’ll go on a decent run.

Almost November and I'm still waiting for us to put in a complete performance over 90 minutes. I'm not overly confident that will happen tomorrow night either.

Morale looks a bit shit to me at the moment. I can see us getting dicked 0-2.

They got done by that lot down the road 4-0 we had disappointing week think a draw 1-1 .

I think our lads will be champing at the bit for this one. A chance to put recent woes behind us.
I go for a steely performance and a win by a couple of goals at least.

If you think that, then I'll have a pint or two of what you're on!!

Out on penalties, Friday night home game, the 29th of the month, the stars are aligned.

0-4. Earnshaw hatrick.

The omens aren't good so I would be over the moon with a point. COYRssssssss

Two questions i'd ask God when i reach the Pearly gates..

1. How many parts Strontiumniobium are needed to Argon, if i want to set up a highly unstable Cooking factory in Leigh On Sea to replicate raw Spice Melange, and thus crystallize obscene profits?.

I appreciate the base medicinal materials of the space folding Compound can only be harvested from monstrous Spice worms in the deep deserts of Arrakis, but any pointers would be greatly received .

2. How do we beat Nottingham Forest at home on a Friday Night in front of SKY TV Cameras ??

Cheers God,
Glenn.

Not got a good feeling about this even leaving aside our absolutely woeful record playing on a Friday

1-3 unfortunately to Forest and their cast of millions.

P.S We have won again on a Friday since this tweet, beating Coventry last season on Good Friday (but also lost again at Legoland Kew after the last game listed).

either going to be one of those nights where we battle to a nervous close fought win or we'll lose 3-1. I'm expecting the later hoping for the former

Nottingham Forest’s upcoming opponents Queens Park Rangers have been handed a huge boost ahead of their clash on Friday.

QPR’s influential midfielder Sam Field has returned from injury and is in contention to feature against Forest when the two sides meet at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.

Field started QPR’s U23s game against Bristol City on Tuesday, managing 45 minutes as an experienced R’s side comfortably won 2-0.

“We have a very important game against Nottingham Forest now," Warburton explained. “We felt we were badly treated on Tuesday, but we had an immediate meeting to put the game to bed, you simply can’t feel sorry for yourself.

“It was a perfectly good goal [disallowed, for Charlie Austin], however we have to get on with it, it’s as simple as that. We missed chances in the game, we should have won it, but there’s no time to dwell and feel sorry for ourselves. We should be in the draw, we are not, however we have a great game on Friday night to focus on.

“It will be a great atmosphere under the lights, you have to look forward to such fixtures. There’s no doubt if we had won the game on Tuesday, the boys would have felt ten-feet tall. It was very much a disappointed and angry mood the next morning and we have to pick ourselves up.”

QPR Fans Comments 1st half......

I hope he changes the system and goes 4,2,3,1 tonight otherwise I can only see a Forest win.

Barbet needs a rest

Dykes up top with Chair, Willock and Albert as the three

Johansen and Ball as the two

Kakay, Dunne, Dickie and McCallum as the back four.

Forest would of planned on us playing with a back three the elemant of surprise is whats needed.

I'm thinking a mildly encouraging Desmond against an in form Forest side. Dykes needs a rest so I can see Austin starting and scoring.

I’m surprised around 40% of predictions think we will win.
Based on our recent form, record on live games and also Friday nights would expect Forest to win this.
Hope I am horribly wrong.
U R’s

Strong starting lineup, and you've got to hope that however fired up we all feel the players will be even keener to prove a point tonight. I know we have an atrocious record on Friday nights, and Forest are riding a wave of good away form, but I'm really hoping we can draw a line in the sand. Head says 2-1 Forest, heart says 2-0 to us.

Our Friday luck surely has to change. Dykes to chop down Forest. 2-0 to us.

Uncle injured already

Can tell the crowd is waiting for something to cheer on. Maybe still a bit shellshocked after Tuesday.

Forest targeting balls over Barbet. Lucky to escape without a penalty after his last challenge

That looked a peno to me.

Forest the much more dangerous side so far.

Albert getting back in the game couple of good runs

First shot in target for QPR i reckon. Dykes’ shot deflected and easily saved.

Like us Forest apparently have no speed, which should work in our favour.

Except for Johnson down the right, who has caused loads of problems, especially now that McCallum is hurt.

Odubajo on.

Great tackle by Sam

Damn. Took one for the team I hope it's not to serious.

Macallum hurt, could be a significant loss.

Good lord. Lucky to still be 0-0

Albert is everywhere at the moment. What a great clearance.

Adomah lucky to escape a penalty now.

We’re tempting fate here

Had the rub of the green on a couple of penalty decisions. Now let’s take advantage of this change in fortune!

Looks as if Jordi has done himself again.

3 games in a week and the injuries begin to pile up.

I'm beginning to wonder if someone has run over a black cat this week.

Getting ripped to shreds down our left

There's only one team in this.... and it ain't us

Dykes not having one of his better matches

Their No 20 is running rings around us

YES!!!
And there he is!!!!!!!!!!

Brillaint get in

Adomah, just wow.

Wait, are we sure he wasn't offside?

Fantastic cross, perfect header. More like that please.

Lovely work by Albert again

Lovely move, Moses slips Albert in down the inside-left, heads for the box and the byline, checks back on to his right, crosses to the far post where Dykes has run in, and backed out again to be free to nod strongly back across goal for a lovely goal.

Fantastic Cruyff turn by Uncle
Albert having a great game.

Blocked the ball in the box cleared it, came back to him, passed, ran up to take the throw, did the full back, crossed. FFS do some work Albert

Brilliant time to score too if we were being dominated .Forest will be stunned lets get a second and kill it off

Keeps the scoring record going!… is that 30 games on the trot now???

Can we please have Uncle Adomah on the left side next half Mr Warbs?

Them two tossers back in the studio sound absolutely gutted Forest are losing.

Jobi mcanuff is without doubt the worst pundit on the tv & that takes some beating

What are these muppets on about on sky

Two stonewall pens

Fck off

Considering Sky want to show us so much, how come they never have a studio guest with any Rangers connections???

I think we got away with the Barbet penalty shout, there.

We are so lucky

We’re not coping with a press like we did earlier in the season. Previously we were good enough to play out and exploit the spaces. Now we hoof it much more. Willock is a shadow of his former self.

Just what I was going to post. So glad we're pissing on their chips. Wànkers.

So our last two games on Sky one of the studio guests has been a former player of our opponents whilst we get the banal utterances of Jobi McAnuff.

I thought Barbet put the same challenge on the Forest player as the Forest player had put on him 2 secs earlier

Late getting into the ground and missed the first 10 odd mins
Settling down and we made 2subs in my first 15 mins in...... bloody he'll that is going to scupper our choices in the 2nd half and I think we are goi g to be blowing out of our @rses after 60
Well once we settled down it is a decent game, though to be honest the trees are looking a bit better than us
I was hoping with the 2 subs on we may have gone for a flat 4
But I know Moses gets some stick but the lad puts a shift in and mostly on the left so can't know him
Great end to the half and just what we needed
Now can we hold on as I think we are going to struggle to stay the distance

JoJo ahead of the ball too often when we're out of possession.

We are so fortunate Uncle carried us through a mostly poor half, what great effort on his part and to hit the perfect left footed cross on a plate for Dykes, amazing!

First one was a definite pen. The second one the first player wrapped his leg around ours as he was heading towards the line, never a pen as player was going no where.

QPR Fans 2nd Half Comments.....

Ball, Austin and maybe Kakay to come on, he'll wait as long as he can but we have some tired legs and need teeth in the middle of the park!

We need another goal

Moses done very well since he came on.

The johnson boy's a bit nippy, inni?

Reckon we’ll need a second here.

Most likely will. Forest have gone a bit quiet but on the whole they're impressive and will surely come again.

It's always worrying when most of the game is being played in our half. OTOH Forest have had very few chances.

Chair and Willock not seeing the ball now.

Surprised to see Lolley withdrawn.
And pleased.

Oooooo! Almost two

We're getting chances now.

Lee Hendry on QPR's counter attack...

"This is the problem that Forest are gonna have...unfortunately.."

He’s probably got money on Forest to win.

Ah feck. Great block.

The sky commentator just saying forest attacking the end where over 3,000 of their fans are …… fuuucking ill informed cuuuunt

We're looking better than we've looked all match at the mo

Amos on for Chair - to strengthen the midfield in the closing mins.

Our pressing has been excellent this half. Breaking up a lot of Forest’s attempts to break.

Fecking hell that was a bit OTT from Johansen????

Stef into the books for crunching Mighten. Didn’t know the NFL was back in London this weekend.

Jojo - playing a little more advanced upfield - is now showing his skills reminiscent of last season. That bodes well.
Dykes could have had a hat-trick.
With Grabbin and Lolley replaced - Forest not as potent as before.
And with Amos to strengthen midfield it looks so much better especially as Forest looked so dominant for 25 mins after HT.
This continues to be a heart-fluttering closing 7 minutes.

Great clearance by Moses after Seny caught out.

Now we're running clock down

Feels like Adomah gives everything he’s got in a Rangers shirt. On a one man mission at times tonight.

Shhhhhhiiiiiiiiiit!

F*ck sakes. Deflection

Horrible defending again. We are so unlucky

No we ain’t

That was pathetic defending by Amos how easy was that cross to put in

Very unlucky. Colback shot deflected in by Dunne.

Fúck it

Just listen to those wànkers on commentary.

Shite....good hit I suppose

Colback's first goal in two and a half years...

Charity fúcking Park Rangers again.

This is turning into a weekly occurence. How many points have we flushed away?

Well that stings. A lot.

FT 1-1

Fair result.

We brought that on ourselves by going backwards (Amos for example which led to Dieng being closed down by Taylor when all Amos had to do was go forward) and trying to run down the clock. Just kill the game off ffs.

How many times do we concede in extra time?
FIVE times in a row.
We should have win this one with several chances towards the closing stages.
7 points at least thrown away. If only we could 'focus' as Warbs says - certainly at the end of matches.

A good, competitive game. Two concerning injuries but we are up to fifth.

And Albert is really earning his corn.

More entertaining than I was expecting but we were outplayed for much of the match. Still that said fvvvvvvvvvvvvck it.

It was a tough game. Forest played well but we held our own. I thought we’d done enough to win but it’s a soft goal to concede. Amos needs to be stronger in that situation.

Feel like we was unlucky there. We looked out of on feet at about 60mins and unable to make the subs required to push on.

Bit wasteful in attack 2nd half but that was unlucky rather than a poor performance.

Im going to go and smash my penis in the bathroom
Door.

To take the f ucking pain away.

At least in ten trillion years the universe will be dead. Something to f ucking look forward to.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccckkkkkkkk

That's clearly a bit of a downer, but I'm quite encouraged how we played tonight. (Been watching it with the sound down, and not been on here either). I thought we dug in and were gritting it out, and were a bit unlucky at the end.
But it has restored my confidence going forwards, despite the disappointment
