Why Samba? What else could he do?

What about the half arsed challenge from Worrall?

I'm on red button so no replays so relying on the commentary a bit. Was pretty close to him and he just pushed it straight to the striker. Keeping 101 surely, push the ball anywhere but in front of the open striker.

Yeah the challenge sounds bad also!

Rubbish it was a clean though shot from a few yards out, Samba was at full stretch and palmed it away, there was no defender covering on the left side.
The mess was before hand letting Martin win a simple header.

As I said no replay, so relying on the commentary but he seemed to agree. Would have to see it again to judge properly

1-0.

Forest under the curse of 'Team hasn't won at home this Century...' but decide to play Forest to end that run.

There is enough in this side to see us getting back into this.

Anyone got a Twitter of City's goal?

To be fair to Samba. He's palmed it. But for gawd's sake palm to a Forest player or 'not' a Bristol City player.

City have had their chances. Samba was out of his goal and City put it wide with the goal at their mercy.

Forest have had their chances. Brennan has got the better of the CHs of City at times...but the closest was to hit the post.

In another Universe it could be Forest up or a draw.

Yet your first post was “Samba at fault for the goal”

They'll get their chance to prove it 2nd half.

They have come from behind before under Cooper.

They only need to get a goal to crack City's psychology.  It's their home record.

Weak defending, no bite and slow in midfield, powderpuff up-front. A lot has to change 2nd half if we want anything out of this game. What is most disappointing is that Bristol City are playing like a poor team!

Disappointing half.. could samba have done better? Maybe.. I'm more annoyed at the fact no one challenged for the headed flick on and then just watched it bounce to Wells.. watching it on the box you could see it all unfold in slo mo

I got one view plus the commentators view and it looked like he was at fault. I'm just saying I can't argue the point too strongly without seeing it again.

I thought it was a tiny bit soft from Samba. Did he dive late? The ball did seem a bit behind him when he touched it.

I got the feeling that the CHs weren't being dominant in the box enough?

Forest didn't seem to be winning the 1st balls. Or the ball would keep falling to City.

Think they need Cooper to get ahold of them. Run out for the 2nd half and just step it up. It wouldn't take 'much more' to score against this lot. City aren't world beaters. They've had lots of last ditch defending. With a bit more guile, we can take them.

Forest have another gear. I wouldn't like Forest to leave City without a point.

Let's see some character and take the air out of City.

Very frustrating half for me. Bristol are there for the taking and Brennan is causing major problems but Zinc and Grabban seem a bit lethargic tonight.
