Marinakis Flies In To Speak To Manager & Players Today...
#25
Wish he would learn from his mistakes. I suppose in his position you have to have the confidence to think you are right. I know he has had the odd good performance but for me Watson shouldn't be starting, AK seems to think differently. Hope he can get it right tonight otherwise I can see the pressure on him really mounting.

Also heard a whisper yesterday that Marinakis was not amused when Karanka had a pop at the fans.

Without wishing to sound negative (I am just being honest), I think yesterday's visit by Marinakis doesn't bode well for Karanka.

In my opinion, style of play, results and our league position all need to improve to satisfy our owner.

Looking at Krankies stats and comparing them to his Middlesbro' stats at the moment doesn't bode well......

No it doesn't, but 20 odd games with a woeful team. It's only this season I will judge karanka. His boys no excuses. I really hope for a win and a good performance tonight, lift the spirits and set us up nicely for the away trip to dirty Leeds.
Come Xmas and were not flirting with the play offs, I think it's fair he will be gone and rightly so, he's spent a he'll of a lot money for no return.

COYR 3 POINTS TONIGHT

To be honest that crap team managed only one point less at this time last year....so if that team was crap...this one is slightly better...just...looking at points accumulated offcourse..

Last season we were ok until around this point... not brilliant but ok. It was from this point that we couldn’t buy a win!

I would have took that at this stage if offered back in August.

Antonis mentioned on Twitter today that Marinakis is in the UK every other week.

Not really much of a story then if that is indeed the case.
