Thoughts On The Next Nottingham Forest Manager
We would have been in a far stronger position to bring in who we wanted if we had made this decision in the summer.

Just written that and realised I am stating the bleedin obvious. Never mind

Yes I agree but a mid season sacking is the worst of all options, but we seem to do it every time. If you are going to be ruthless do it in the summer, change in boardroom, thanks for your efforts Chris but we are changing direction however you leave with your head high and the club doesnt look a laughing stock.

Hindsight though.

Reality is that with a new ceo and an experiemced successful managerat this level with his feet under the desk and already familiar with the squad, the expectation would have been that the team really kicked on and started well.

Obviously, if they had known it would have ended this way then they would have never hired him in first place.

Not long back in, does anyone know if he has been sacked or walked yet, saw the reports that he is quiting, and the post saying that he is still the manager, anyone know for sure if the clot is still our manager, because I'll tell you what after witnessing that no show it's looking pretty obvious that he has not got a clue and it definitely looks like the players are not sure that he does either.

Surely they cannot wait any longer before doing the obvious, he has to go and go now.

Announced tomorrow apparently.

I don't think he has been sacked YET!

Nixon put on a tweet saying he was expected to leave the club. Not that he had walked or been sacked.

I posted something on here a week or two ago about fans reacting to something they had seen on twatter and taking it to heart instead of waiting for an official confirmation being announced. This is a prime example of what I meant.

He may get the push in the morning, or he may not. But don't hold your breath on him walking anytime soon.

Thanks Tricky, I've got a bad feeling that he won't walk and that they'll stick with him.

aving slept on it. Roy Keane as a shot to nothing. If you watch the long interview with Gary Neville recently his standards are incredible and he would get every inch of effort out of the players.

Been there and done it etc. Wouldn’t fit with Dane’s gegepress model but short term impact to try and save us this season.

Time to shake up our ‘nice’ and comfortable squad.

I realise it’s left field but we need something !
