So, Dane's been here 2 months.

What's he done in that time?  What is he doing?  He came in with a lot of fancy talk.  And that's all it is so far.

Probably the worst start to Summer recruitment since Mark Arthur.

Other teams are getting players in.  Shocking recruitment window.

Can't understand why for the best part of a year we still play absolutely garbage football.. players look lost.. I honestly don't think the players are as bad as some make out.. they simply don't know what they are suppose to be doing under CHs instructions

Our Summer business has been naive, slow.  

We avoided relegation by 8 points(?) last season and thought that bringing in 1 fit outfield player would change our fortunes?

The warning signs were there last season.  Garner and Krov (both loans) showed what the team needed and we haven't replaced them.

Stoke have played together for a long time.  They've stuck with their manager.  But Stoke were starting from a stronger base.

Regardless of the players that we have at present, any good manager worth his salt would get more then CH is currently get out of them. The fact that Samba and McKenna are having a go at each other says to me that team spirit is at a low ebb, they are not playing for him, Yates is never a captain in a million years, I must assume that he has lost the dressing room. New man in before the Sheep please!

the last 3 games of last season is the time to start putting out the youngsters

total lack of vision and all we've really done is made other clubs players better

there is no plan at this club except maybe for all the suits to dump everything on Hughton and let him take the rap

What's happening to Nottingham Forest is criminal. If its the clubs fault, the managers fault or a combination of both, hard to tell. It was another disgrace of a game. There are a couple of good players in our team, but being in a team like this is destroying them. Which half decent player ever think to join us permanently right now ? On loan maybe as they know that once the loan period is over theh are off, but signing on a permanent void be career suicide.
The players font have a clue how and when to attack. Another game being behind and at one point when Samba had the ball, apart from the four defenders, our two central midfielders where there 10 yards infront of him...what the hell!! Instead of flooding their midfield, half our team is on the edge of our box...clueless...
It will not be long until we lose Zinc... his frustration is piling up ...
Not even one shot on goal...that's some feat eh..
And pls can those Carvalho lovers stop making fool of themselves and stop shouting his name when on the subs bench ...he is just a waste of space ...
I think after a performance like that , the club will relieve CH ... he is to be judged not only on the 4 games of this season but also the last dozen of last season ... Previous managers were sacked for much less...

Regardless of the players that we have at present, any good manager worth his salt would get 

They only lost by a single goal in each game.

Our strikers are old.  We don't have ball playing midfielders.  We don't have a LB.  We have a keeper leaking goals.

Players win you matches.  And Forest haven't recruited enough quality.

Had we had the wholesale quality incomings necessary then Forest would probably drawn or won some of those games.

When's the International break?

You got to feel sorry for CH a little bit as all he can do is play with what he's got which isn't a lot. I blame the recruitment team as I'm sure CH told them what he wants and needs and either they're too tight to pay the asking price or just doing it to get rid of CH. Going the slow and steady route of recruitment has not done us any good at all.

We decided to go slow and stead with recruitment for a squad that avoided relegation (and not by 'that much.')

what I’m trying to say is look at the whole picture. I can’t blame a man who’s been here 2 months. The blame here for me is 2 targets. 1 the manager, if you can’t get a team to at least have a go we are in trouble. 2. The owner. Yes I’m thankful he’s bankrolling the club in these times. But he’s invisible and on the pitch it’s mistake after mistake. The one good thing is we have seemingly changed approach with the new set up. I just hope it pays off. I believe the targets are taking time because they are players either other clubs want or they want to keep. Instead of signing 70 players people are happy we have taken off their hands.
