I'm a bit hung over, so not at my most alert, but I haven't seen much to write about. 38% possession. Shots? Not even one at goal, never mind on target.
Full back gets it, knocks it hopefully up the line to concede possession. Repeat. No cohesion, evidence of a team that train together.
Sitting back & second best but not out of it. Boring. Deja vu!

Everyone has probably fell asleep
i'll throw in me curve ball and take off Taylor and put Johnson on, basically play without a striker, the long balls, he hasn't won any and the balls into the channels, i sit watching hoping he'll emerge from a ruck of stoke shirts with the ball but it doesn't happen
i think our chance of scoring is harrassing them out of possession, more often with an extra player back, make the most of the youngsters quick feet and running and Forest players zipping and skipping in all directions
just try something differant and this way we don't look reckless, we might look a bit silly up front but those situations are relatively few and far between anyway

It looked like some tension between Samba and McKenna during that half. Hopoe its nothing too deeply rooted. The last thing we need is in-fighting amongst the squad

Interesting that you've picked up on that.

Not too much to say, Floridared. In a game of very few chances.
Fin has been the stand out performer. For an 18 year old to be showing that level of maturity is outstanding.
Stoke have probably had the better of it 1st half.

Impressed with Back, first time I’ve seen him. Taylor anonymous, not getting any service. Bong looking to get forward. Mighten doing more defensive work than getting forwards, I don’t get all the praise he gets, looks pretty ordinary to me. Let’s hope he proves me wrong. Yates and Cafu looking better than Colback pairing. Forest defending from their own halfway line, no outlet when they get possession. Not a bad performance so far.
Fair assessment, Floridared. With you on Back. Impressive product from the Forest Academy.
Mighten, Car' getting their chance but not doing a great deal. Probably struggling against a big, solid, workmanlike and SETTLED Stoke team.
Lyle not getting great service. What's he supposed to do?

I was wondering if anyone was thinking the same thing. Anderson has a voice to dry paint.
Come back, Hodge. All is forgiven.

Yeah. Attitude. Confidence. No fear. Composure.
MoTM for the Reds so far.

This game is following a very similar patter. Sat back.. not attempts... now Stoke on the up and looking likely to score whilst we sit in and hope to hold them off.
