I am confident we will be better stocked come August 31st but we could be scrapping about in the bottom half by then…

Bong and Colback allowed that Cov' player to squirm through.  Should have just put the F8***** player into the stands.

;)

As for the 2nd goal?  Samba was in the right spot for the shot and somehow ended up scrabbling about on the floor and let it trickle past him.  Should have saved it.  Gaff.  Simple.  I think lots of keepers save that.

Horvath vs Bradford.

Samba needs competition.  He's got it now.

Horvath to start on Wednesday for me and to keep his place on Saturday if he does well.

I know this won't be a popular opinion but that's how I see it.

Just caught this comment.

It's always interesting how some teams have scape goats.  eg. Yates for the free kick.  Bong and Colback for the 1st goal.  And they were culpable.  But Samba has to do better for the 2nd goal.  He can't get off Scott free for that.

I think your comment is fair.  Horvath vs Brad'.  He does well?  He keeps the jersey.

It's been hell mate and when I say hell I am being a bit conservative.

Thanks God we are alive and well and we still have our houses. Unfortunately many others were not so lucky. We are not out of the woods yet though.

Thank you to those who sent me PM's I really appreciate it.

The fact that you're on here is a good sign! I'm sure everyone on the forum shares the concerns and hope you get out ok. Fingers crossed.

It really does put things into perspective.

We lost yesterday and I honestly didn't give a shit. I felt nothing.

Mbe soh was class for 44 mins and we reallyshould be looking at 3 at the back going forward, need a Deep lying play maker not colback and yates and a real Box to Box midfielder . Lolley still looked off colour yesterday and a shadow of the player from 2 seasons ago. Brennan and Alex were so dangerous at times hopefully Zinc can bring something too his setpeice delivery will be important too get Rodgers in too . Its the obvious but we really need to be targeting a LB/RB as a priority although Gabriel looked ok .

No arguments there, Reg.

We beed fullbacks for balance.  A box to boxer.  Ball playing CM.  The latter two can help further more expansive play.

Yeah.  Lolley mere shadow of two seasons ago.

You can tell we missed Garner in eg.  The 2nd half.  And a LB.  And no depth in the striker position.  Need a tall lad who can unsettle defences and hold up the ball as well as bury the bleeper (ball).

That's at least 5 players.  And there's talk of a winger.  So that's 6.  Nothing exotic there.  If we don't and we get injuries.

Hope we don't make the mistake of scoring first in the first half then we could avoid our manager and coaches ordering a retreat to the edge of our box to defend at half time. Sick of it. Makes promotion claims a sick joke, you can't pretend to be serious about going up with such negativity. I'm thinking that Dane Murphy won't accept it.

Who is saying we're serious about promotion this year?
