Found this pod cast with an interview with the Foundation Phase Lead at Forest. His name is Jake Henry and it gives a bit of insight into how Forest organize and educate our youth players at the Academy. Especially liked the part with a common football vision through out the club - The Forest Way - which will be even more focused on now that we are a Cat 1 Academy. Also that we are not happy just being a Cat 1 Academy we want to be one of the TOP Cat 1 Academies.
