When I’m at work I usually just listen to the commentary but couldn’t log on for the Cardiff match and the same today. I emailed the support email address to receive both times an auto generated response saying that the mobile app was now defunct and that I should log onto the website using my phones browser, that didnt work either....will try my desktop for the next game to see if I get any joy.
Same for me. I'm in Ohio and haven't had any luck with this at all. Very frustrating.

I sympathise with you lads I really do but these are the type of things that we website owners have to deal with very often. There is always something that crops up and needs bloody fixing.

Yeah but most website owners do technical stuff to sort their problems out. You use an hammer!!! :P

Unfortunately I was given a code by email on Friday and it didn't work. Today I was frustrated being logged in and unable to access any coverage as my tokennumber is incorrect even though Forest TV sent it to me. I live in the United States and asssumed that I-follow transfered over but literally have heard nothing from the club or i-follow other than a terse EFL auto cancellation form.
We win 3-0 and I cannot watch the game. I am quite cross about it.
Bloody silly if you ask me.
Chicago: Blacked out in Chicago.
but the forest website today, i can understand with tax and nhs about protocols and clunkiness and over information, but the forest website seemed impossible today, am i trying to get a visa to north korea?
the Forest website needs to improve, by default it seems to require a membership number when really the site should assume you want to pay them money and they should make it so easy and assume people will want to watch the live game and maybe they could chuck little bundles and offers if they want
Have you had a refund from the EFL for ifollow? If so, you have to re-register with the option to pay via paypal (well i did anyway). Hope this may help to you sorting it out
Tricky, i'm just a pay as you go on the gate sort of guy, i haven't bought a season ticket or paid any subscriptions to anyone, i did manage watch the Cardiff game on the new Forest website but this didn't help me trying to watch the QPR game.
I appreciate what you are saying but it adds depth to the bizarre freak show of trying to just buy a game to watch
I'd love to watch the Bristol game but it really shouldn't be this difficult, at the moment it feels impossible to get anywhere now.
I can even 'log in' which seems to make things worse, i would be better off if the website didn't recognise me at all and just let me register and buy the game, i guess there is some sort of hard regulatory regime that means that Forest can't just sell there product and be innovative, they would of been better hooking up to amazon and using their robust streaming and purchasing software, saved themselves a fortune in infrastructure and would of been able to sell games and merchanise at will.

I have found it difficult to login and watch on the new website, but have managed it both times.
I think problem is the usernames etc have ported over but password wasn't working, so i had to reset. However computer didn't remember the reset so had to go through process again.
I find the "flow" of watching on new website far worse than before. That said I have managed on both occasions, and glad once watching not much else has changed.

I couldn't get diddly with new passwords - and again a code that was not recognized. Also I have written to the club twice and they have not responded. Looks like I won't be watching many more games at this rate. It really is shoddy.
Chicago: Ready to write to Maranakis.

How are you contacting the club? Have you tried ringing? I assume by writing you mean email not literally sending letters right?!

Just reading back through the thread and it seems that all the people who are having problems seem to have one thing in common, they are all living in the USA. Is it perhaps a TV rights issue? Or perhaps you should try changing from American English to UK English on your keyboard when typing the password? Just guessing but it might be worth a try.

Yes email. The club left me a link saying: Having problems please contact the support team on this email. That is what I did. That is where I am. Nada.
Chicago: Blowing in the wind.
PS: not a rights issue as I had zero issues with I-follow.
