Most teams in this league do, in fact the only games Coventry are playing in the league this season, that we're not also playing, are their game against us

sorry

Decent performance in the end, but the damage was done early on as Sarr kept outclassing Bong, leading to the only goal.

Bong and Yates came in but were poor. After Lolley and Cafu came on Forest were much better and maybe deserved a point - Knockaert and Bong going a couple of yards wide, Cafu's shot deflected just wide, Taylor scoring but offside in the buildup.

Watford looked good, but Forest hassled them into errors in their own half after HT, and might have done more with that.

Final ball was still generally atrocious over 90 minutes. Krovinovic starts to look a bit lightweight, which is where Cafu adds strength to the midfield.

One thing I learned today is that we are a better team with Cafu in it.

Still sulking but;

Positives
We kept it to 1.
Competed 2nd half.
Lolley again showing signs.
We have a week to get over this sh1t show.
We can only improve on that......can't we?

Negatives
Everý player in starting 11 made mistakes in 1st half all over the pitch. Losing men, gifting possession, bad decision  making, GK errors,  getting skinned etc, - this can happen, but every player on same day!!
Not trying is the one thing fans can not accept-Knockeart that was you unless the ball was at your feet.
I like Yates alot, today he had a stinker.
All our loan players were awful too today.

Roll on the summer.

Fair play to him.  We are.

A lot of that goes on, I've seen some managers instructing a team to let a striker take every set piece & to feed him relentlessly, just to get his stats up, his name in the papers, & therefore talk his price up.

Team like Olympiacos & Benfica are not averse to throwing some random into a European game for similar reasons, in fact, I recently saw a lot of fans getting excited when Gonçalves netted against Arsenal, some talking about how we really should have bought him, I'm guessing they forgot our purchase option was £15m, I guess they also aren't aware that in the league he's only managed 300 odd minute this season, but that's how it works, it's like those slick highlights videos, all part of the sales strategy, to try & get a gullible club to part with far to much money.

Roll on summer is right. There will be another big churn as loan players go back and contracts end. The signs are  though that Hughton has a significant say in who we sign and knows what he wants. We'll have enough to stay up and can go again next year.

The strategy works though. I mean some ridiculously gullible club paid £13M for one of their young attacking midfielders a couple of years ago. Just imagine

My point on Figs was not he was the one to blame today........but his awkwardness on the ball and inability to pass is a major weak point in the centre of defence and opposition teams now target him as they know he will panic and aimlessly hoof the ball up.

Go back over many games and count the number of times Figs aimlessly hoofs the ball up front, possession is lost and the opposition start an attack again.

We need to cut that out....... which is why Figs needs to be dropped.

Yates in for Cafu was a mistake against a team like Watford. Yates is good is the opposition are poor, but he is exposed when the opposition are good.

Knocky had a bad day, he should be dropped as punishment and Ameobi gets a start.

Freeman is not improving........... I think he needs to be Krovs replacement around the 70 minute mark to play in a more suited role.

Blackett deserves a start at left back if Ribs is not going to play.

Overall against a good team like Watford - Taylot should have been starting and not Murray.

Houghton's boys of Knocky/Murray/Bong ALL let him down today...........and he must be seen to haul them over the coals.............

Bong wasn't at his best yesterday but he was up against a player who Watford payed 30M for. It wouldn't have mattered who played left back yesterday he was guaranteed to get roasted.

Thought that both Yates and Knockaert were shocking. We looked so much better when Cafu came on and hopefully he will now keep his place in the team ahead of Yates.

I admire your loyalty sniffs for bong but let me re phrase what you said
It wouldn’t of mattered who played against Bong today they would of roasted him
