I know he wont be ready for Saturday but Mckenna being back would be good boost also. Think we might do OK here with Garner/Murray out to make a point..hopefully we`ll get 1 or 3. I'd like to see Yates back in. Adds energy and will to win to the side. And he's got the ability to get those 'match winning' goals. McKenna can't come back soon enough. He's been impressive when he's played goes well with Worrall. If Mckenna had been playing vs Derby/Luton. We'd have an extra 3 points. SA.

Next 5 games or so nothing to lose but plenty to gain if we go out and play positively. I also would play McKenna if fit, Figs unfortunately always seems to have an error in him even when playing well.

But Figs was positionally AWOL to the man ghosting in. Cafu looked back at the same man before that...let him go and ball watched the cross. And Samba. Rooted for the flick of the foot. McKenna. What our Central Defence is missing. SA.

Figs wasn't to blame for that Luton goal, he was let down by his team mates, he didn't know about the Luton fella and until notified was zonal marking plugging the percentage vulnerability in the line, Worral was behind Figs and Cafu watched the fella waltz through I'm not really blaming anyone, collectively the team were knackered at that point and the inertia was now slow and sluggish, collective error, Luton get the ball forward quickly because of lack of tenacity throughout the team due to tiredness, players not even bothering to shout just putting up lazy vague arm gesture McKenna and Worrall yes probably first choice but they need a functioning switched on team around them If that move had been in the first 5 minutes it would of been snuffed out, maybe by a high press or by pure tenacity which were slacking by this stage of the game, they had ran themselves into the ground

I think Mckenna is fit now, he was training last week but this would be a big game to chuck him back in.

Don't think anyone is assuming anything Pap, Just trying to debate on whether we should bring a fit again McKenaa back into the side or not.

We're showing promotion levels of defensive solidity. Im sorry but McKenna needs to sit it out until there's an injury or suspension to Figs or Wozza.

Hughton has said that McKenna ( and Arter ) are training - but a couple of weeks away yet.

I would say that we bring in the second choice players and start mixing the team about a bit to try and give other players a rest. Mistakes are creeping back in as players are looking shot out on the pitch after 60 mins as the same ones are play 90 mins with no subs 2 and 3 times a week and when subs are brought on they don’t have the partnerships or match time to get into the groove to make an impact. This is a season like no other so we have to treat it like that and sometimes for the sake of the team you can’t play your strongest team.
