Ribeiro once again beaten by a header. Krov wasn't paying attention either. Pretty gutting given how well we played

Yes, Rib', not for the 1st time, beaten by a header.  Both he and Krov' rooted near a single Swansea player.  I think that's a soft goal to concede.  Basic stuff.

Forest deserved at least a draw tonight.

We may have lost - but it was cruel after a largely dominant performance.

Very encouraged by what I’ve seen tonight.

Cafu man of the match for me.

Forest made Swansea look ordinary tonight.  And suffocated their normal game and knocked their passing game right off.  Had them rattled later on.

Not many teams will have done that to Swansea.

I thought they were fortunate for the goal.

I think with a Chris Hughton in pre-season and on the player selection in the Summer?

We'd be top 6 easy.

That was really really hard to take.

Positives:
Only 1 shot against.
Dominated midfield.
Cafu and Garner class.
50% of possession against a team that dominate possession
Outplayed a top 3 team.
Great energy.
11 shots vs 6 for them.

Negatives:
Toothless in final 3rd.
Final pass and decision making poor.
Krovinivic still just looks like a long haired Carvalho.
Switched off horribly for goal.
Zero points.

Onwards and upwards. Really frustrated.

Watching it back, I'd say Krovinivic has to get across the man to stop the free run. If he can out jump Ameobi he is clearly going to out jump Ribs if he is allowed a clear run at him.

Crap goal to concede. Shame Knockeart can't head the ball like that. Best chance created and he missed target. As for 3 on 1, Grabbs has to back himself even on his left foot.

It’s not just about out jumping, it’s about body positioning and giving a little nudge whilst challenging.

Yuri’s body position was awful, if his body had been open he could have put the full back off by being cute.

No one's mentioned Christie giving their player loads of space on the left and allowing him to put in the cross unchallenged. Hes just as culpable as Yuri & Krov. He was 7 or 8 yards away and should've been tight.

Very encouraging performance last night. The difference between that performance and what we were seeing earlier in the season is absolutely black and white.

However we were unfortunately let down by the 2 usual suspects yet again.

Ribeiro and Grabban.

I won't hold back here. Get them both gone and replaced in the summer.

I think next season we can have a really good go, I am already looking forward to it.

Excellent performance.

For me if Taylor had been playing instead of Grabban we would have won.

Grabban the 1 negative on the night for me.
Taylor deserves a chance to prove what he can do in a good Forest side.

While the 2 full backs both could think they could do (a lot) better for the goal conceded (Krovinovic aswell), they all were playing well and contributing for the rest of the game.

On the whole it was a good game, and we looked to go an win it. If we play like this for the rest of the season we'll be good. I'd rather try to win and lose than play for a goalless draw.

I'll tell you what, if I was our top scorer (Taylor) I'd be slapping in a transfer request not getting a game ahead of Grabban at the moment.
