Millwall Fans Inquest.....
As I said the other week it’s like watching subuteo football, no movement whatsoever. You can’t blame Rowett for starting the same 11, after the Bournemouth performance but that needed changing 30 minutes in. McNamara and Thompson were the only ray of light.
It’s so obvious that it pokes you in both eyes that Woods and Leonard are over run in every f*****g game. That and the oppo press on our labouring defence in playing the ball out has cost us all season. Stick Thomson in a three man midfield and f**k Jed off for a few games. Stick a rocket up Wood’s arse and stick with two up front. I don’t profess to know what I’m talking about but we have lost the midfield in every game since October. Right, I’m drinking my sorrows for the rest of the day after watching that shit.
If you can bear to watch "highlights", Woods is at fault for first 2 goals. And he can't run or tackle. Need a strong midfielder urgently.
I think they need to sit down and have it out. It’s no coincidence this shit run with players looking like they don’t give a f**k has come about since the blm bollox
We are getting worse and worse. Results are shocking but f**k me the performances... I thought a solid away point in midweek would allow us to slightly begin turning a corner but no. Mind you I didn’t watch the entire 90 mins
Funny how every time we are shit the main argument for continuity is, ‘who will we get’ - had it for a year or more with Harris and we did upgrade Harris. But now it’s going sour - retain Rowett and we are heading to L1 without changes - go to L1 and we may not come back with the wage caps in place
The players were shit under Harris.
The players are shit under Rowett.
The players will be shit under the new manger.
That Is not to say something dosen't need to be done. It clearly does.
But f**k me people need to rain It In. This time last year we were going on about how good Rowett was and how he was a breath of fresh air compared to what we had been served up. Now we want him gone and fantasy managers brought In to save us.
Then this time next year when we still have shit players and no Investment and are not In the playoffs, we can call for that manager to be sacked so we can bring In someone else.
Once again this forum Is Imitating all those others that we routinely take the piss out off.
Pathetic.
Of course after last year when the manager took over the squad had a new lease of life and things were looking rosey. I would say It allowed us to maybe get a bit ahead of ourselves In terms of the reality of Millwall. However once the novelty wore off certain players started to return to type and Covid-19 maybe just delayed the Inevitable.
Since Forrest this time last season we have experienced an anomaly of a football season. Quite frankly It has been a shit show from once they started playing again. What with no fans, no money and BLM. None of this should be taken lightly.
In a vintage transfer window the club do f**k all to bring In players, so when we have almost no revenue, what do fans expect? Most of the players were League 1 standard last season. We knew we needed to lose 4 or 5 of them, replace them with better quality and then get In at least 3 more on top to give us a decent squad giving us a decent chance of keeping us In the top 8. Yet with no money coming In, and the usual lack of ambition or desire from the people who actually acquire the players, we got an almost Identical squad to last year except we lost maybe our best player In Mulumby and we have a manager who still hasn't had a proper pre-season or a fair chance of getting the right players In.
Rowett Is not blameless In this, far from It and he does now need to have a right hard look at how he's been navigating this season so far. But a bit of perspective Is In order from the fans who are feeling emotional at the shit we are seeing.

Not sure how they can blame BLM, can't their players get up after taking a knee?!
However I agree that without fans the game has changed.

They don't half turn on their players don't they.
I thought Woods was good for them. Blaming him because he couldn't stop 2 players at once. Mindless tools.

I thought Chris Hughton was fair in his comments of Millwall. They do have some good players and play well to their strengths in a direct way. If you don't respect that and battle they will turn you over.
They did well v Bournemouth.
Very negative fans.

Middlesborough Fans Pre Match Comments......
So, it's time again .. the time where Assombalonga misses more sitters than on a normal day, cause we are away to Nottingham Forest, his former club. I'm just glad we never play Peterborough!
It's this Wednesday at 7 PM weird British time btw, if you are into self masochism and other forms of self inflicted agony.
Forest have finally gotten their sh1t together and their last 5 games = W W D D D, a nice unbeaten run after a terrible start to the season. This must be the result of hiring Chris Hughton.
Our very own Boro is totally hit or miss these days, but we have still managed to also get 9 points of the last 5 games : L W L W W, so we can only hope it's the winning Boro that shows up. This time it could be nice with a win and a clean sheet ... Who am I kidding, we are nailed to go one down within the first 15 minutes ... as usual ..
I actually predict a draw, cause we haven't had one of those in 12 league games!
The bookies have it as a tight game: 2.65 - 3.15 - 2.85 .. These are the decimal odds for home, draw and away, if you wonder. I don't know the weird odds you guys love, but hey .. put your money on the draw.
In the reverse game at The Riverside, we beat Forest 1-0 (Marvinho) in October, when our stadium still was a fortress that wasn't Karankanized, like when we lost 0-1 to Brum last Saturday!
So, let's have some questions!
1: Which team and formation should NW go with?
2: Are you happy with a draw and why/why not?
3: Will Britt miss a penna?
4: Can Chris Hughton make Forest a play off candidate?
5: Can NW make us a play off candidate?
6: Who will be the first to write "this is a game for Patrick Roberts" and who will be the first to be baffled, when Folarin is subbed on in the 88th minute and Roberts aint?
7: Burger King or Mc Donalds?
Didn't realise they had started to turn the corner, a few years back it didn't matter what form they were in when playing us we would never beat em, this winless run started in 1974 & finished in 1999
We fared better since but I don't like playing Forest at all, it's always one fixture, Leeds being the other when in the same league, that I look for & hope they're out the way early doors
It depends which Boro turn up. We're due a win though. Maybe Britt will be firing on all 4 cylinders this time instead of being as nervous as a kitten every time we play them. There's no crowd to put him off.
WE need a long run off you Erimus 74. Do your stuff...
7: For those planning to visit Australia when this Covid pandemic ends Burger King in Australia is called Hungry Jack's, due to © issue in Oz
They're both crap but Burger King is less crappy, or slightly superior to Macdonald's, which is more popularly known as Macca's here in Australia.
1: Which team and formation should NW go with? Bring Howson in for Wing and Watmore for Johnson.
2: Are you happy with a draw and why/why not? Yes I’d take that after Saturday
3: Will Britt miss a penna? Hopefully he won’t be on the pitch.
4: Can Chris Hughton make Forest a play off candidate? He’s a canny manager so maybe.
5: Can NW make us a play off candidate?
Next season
6: Who will be the first to write "this is a game for Patrick Roberts" and who will be the first to be baffled, when Folarin is subbed on in the 88th minute and Roberts aint? Brunners
7: Burger King or Mc Donalds?
Neither, I’d rather starve than give my money to those people.
1: Which team and formation should NW go with?
Betenelli
Djikesteel Fry McNair Bola
Morsy
Howson Saville
Tav Johnson
Watson
2: Are you happy with a draw and why/why not?
No...they should be fired up to bounce back after such an awful performance.
4: Can Chris Hughton make Forest a play off candidate?
Not this season but next season certainly.
5: Can NW make us a play off candidate?
Yes if he sort out the inconsistency.
4: Can Chris Hughton make Forest a play off candidate?
I think if he gets funds in the summer possibly next season yes
5: Can NW make us a play off candidate?
If we get consistency, escape injuries and by some miracle acquire a half decent winger in the final days of the window yes.
6: Who will be the first to write "this is a game for Patrick Roberts" and who will be the first to be baffled, when Folarin is subbed on in the 88th minute and Roberts aint?
Probably me as do wish he got more opportunities
7: Burger King or Mc Donalds?
McDonalds
1.
Bettinelli
Dijksteel, Fry, McNair, Bola
Howson, Tav, Morsy
Watmore, Britt, Johnson
2. Given our record at the City ground, I'd take a draw. But do think we should look at this game as a chance to pick up 3 points.
3. Britt has a 100% conversion rate when it comes to penalties this season (so far).
4. Hughton can and possibly will, but I'm not sure it'll be this season.
5. Being sat in 7th place surely makes us a playoff candidate now. I think this season we'll be there or there abouts, but not sure we'll actually end up in the playoff spots come match day 46.
6. Pep will.
7. McDonald's I'd say, but even so their quality control is as consistent as Marv's crosses into the box.
Roberts will not play for us, Brit unfortunately will.
Burger King or McDonalds, if I had to choose, BK but as fat as I am I don’t particularly buy BK, MD or that finger licking franchise crap.
Still pretty angry about the last game but ha, for no apparent reason I’ll go for a draw.

they should of asked if any of them think Warnock will go all out timewasting, slowing down the game, niggly, subs walking the longest slowest of walks, sending the ball off to the dry cleaners before any throw ins, players rolling around on the floor for ages and all that stuff, does he still do that? I think he might, hope our side are prepared for this sort of stuff
