His effort is higher than others but his quality is lacking, his set pieces have been terrible and he can’t beat the first man with a cross.

Not sure I agree this time, he's been so bad. Just keeps giving it away badly, through poor touches and undercut or misplaced passes.

Should be no bile, the guy tries. We shouldn't be surprised that attacking players are struggling in a defensive team. We don't play on the front foot and we don't play on the counter attack. I'm not really sure what we do, just kind of run about a bit and pass a bit until the whistle goes. Any attacking player is going to struggle to keep his mojo in that.
