I would rather give him until 31 December and review it then.
Like Fawaz i’m yet to be convinced that Marinakis knows what it takes to get out of this division.

Of course it is.
The discussion is being had now.

How about Stuart Pearce DOF/Media, Paul Hart and Ian Woan
Short termism 'instant gratification' will probably fail and the associated problems of loans/journeymen/revolving door yesterday was about a proper run football club with integrity and vision and strategy versus a conglomerate circus freak show of doom The solution is to have a foundation and players who want to devote themselves to NFFC and have to stay loyal, no Judas's ! Also the academy is delivering huge success but as we see there needs an interim loancademy where players are loaned out as part of there development. At the moment all the players seems chaotic and we know most of the youth doesn't fit in anyway to Karankerism We need to be able to sign the kids with huge potential, have a structure where they and there parents know they have the best chance of eventually being integrated into the team, generally at the moment the 20 year olds have are short of impacting into the first team The playing style(s) need to be hallmarked into every player. anyway Hart and Woan have huge coaching, league experience, both are extremely well connected and have been to the grass routes. It might need to be Psycho DOF, Woan manager strongly supported and complimented by Hart as Woany has been at Burnley for 6 years. I would like to see Psycho and Hart both taking charge occasionally on the touchline so all 3 are 'managers'. They are all passionate, professional, loyal, good communicators etc. At present we are a circus compared to the Brentfords, Sheff Utd's and Burnleys, smaller clubs who have tapped into success. Hart is our Wilder or Dean Smith but probably better, we should start with him if the wheels totally fall off over the next few games.

Id take Moyes if Pearce came with him as no2 a la west ham.

Pearce?
No No No In any capacity! imho of course
It'll be some foreign geezer who we've never heard of.
And I honestly think Clough would do just as well as anyone else might do. Can i also say how nice it is to be able to discuss matters such as this without shite being thrown around right left and centre. I think we all agree that we want AK to succeed.

Think everyone should relax a little, only just started the season....Hoping mr karanka has realised watson and colback does not work...Then everything falls into place over international break, back with confidence, beat swansea, then onwards and upwards as easy as that. Its not going to help changing manager every 20 minutes,it doesnt work....

Changing manager does not work but stats don't lie, and at the moment they aren't looking pretty. I imagine AK is getting a little worried right now. He has to sort it out during the break, anyone can see the problem is in midfield.

I would like Ian Woan to be in contention, successful assistant manager at Burnley, been working in football most of the last 15 years since he retired from playing, loyal 2 clubs in his playing career. Maybe Burnley are peaking now?
We did used to think of him as a bit lazy but he was class. He still lives in Nottingham, see this interview as he shares a flat with Sean Dyche 3 days a week in Burnley, they both met at Forest. Loved Cloughie. The thing I like about Woany is he seems very humble, not a glory hunter and a decent rounded man with a love of Forest My utopia would be Stuart Pearce DOF, Paul Hart and Ian Woan, Hart could possibly be tempted in first and could take the 'lead' as manager, Woany can replace him in 3 or 4 years, but all 3 can manage games/parts of games/cup games and all involved in mentoring and the academy and scouting as well, probably need a additional staff as well tactical/fitness etc, then in 10 years Woany can handover to Dawson and then to Cohen. Sorted. next 20 years sorted, true Nottingham Forest, play to win, variety of tactics, positive in the transfer market but can be trusted if a huge windfall comes in from the chairman. I hate changing managers and would of glady stuck by Psycho, Montainier and Warbs. Psycho could of taken us down to the Sunday Pub league and i'd of still supported him. Not everything is logical but I want to support Nottingham Forest. I made my mind up in January, I try to change but can't sorry but seems obvious AKism isn't any good for me.

I don't want anyone with a Forest background.
