I suppose you are right but the approach has to change sometime! 

Got a lot of Derby supporting friends. They are really upbeat about the fact they are playing along of young players and seeing them develop. A long term approach but getting support, even though the results are not great for them yet

Unlike us who buy an endless stream of 30 plus year olds in the desperate hope of getting a quick fix and when it doesnt work having to flog the young players to pay for it. Then we blame the manager.

Yep.

Interesting that young Brennan is ripping it up just a few league places below us for someone else.  Could he have been more anonymous than Freeman was yesterday?

Could Mighten be any less creative than our current wingers are at this time? Or give the ball away any more than Knockeart did yesterday?
