Why do opposition fans always mention our past and then accuse us of living in the past?

I have noticed this a lot, opposition fans talk about our past more than what we do.

Dozzel was booked so fair enough but Amos was not so why change both especially when you are bringing on Hendrick. Chair and Hendrick on the pitch together are keeping our woeful record going.

I think you get a keeper on an emergency loan in certain circumstances.

My problem when he makes subs like that is trying to see what they’ve come on to do. They’re just ‘there’ - you can’t say he’s come on to play this position or go against that opponent. Certainly isn’t obvious. Johansen tried to play a few passes but nothing decisive. He never is as a sub. Hendrick just disappeared into Chair’s Bermuda Triangle.

I get told (a lot) by Westy that MW is a decent manager - not a Warbs out rant - so ok, we had a free kick in their half at 1-1 on a sticky pitch. Did we put it in the box looking for an advantage? No, of course not. We knocked it short, back and lost it. Shouldn’t a decent manager be saying ‘forget that shit for once, get it in the box or at least forward, don’t piss about on this pitch’? That sort of thing is why I would never completely trust him. Makes no sense to be awarded a free kick and mess about in an area where the opponents can make no risk challenges.

We have won more points from losing position than any other team in top four divisions so probably he has made some good substitutions too.

Gone from basically touching 2nd to 1 goal knocking us out the top six on GD
