We were well beaten by a decent Forest team who were on top throughout. We only managed one shot on target. Thought Spence was unplayable at times quite remarkable that Boro let he leave on loan.

Beaten in individual battles all over the park. No outfield player can come out if that game and say they got the better of their man
Ref looked like Pa Larkin and referred like him. Didn’t cost us the game but his one eyed referring didn’t help.

Two deflected goals didnt help and the Ref was so petty and favoured NF, every time they fell over he gave them a free kick, saying that though we were bloody awful and didnt deserve anything from the game

Being comfortably beaten away by a clearly better side is one thing. Being very comfortably beaten by the team in 9th doesn’t sound so promising.

In a game without a single serious foul or a handball how ever did we end up with four yellow cards? The ‘Darren Bond is the worse ref in the Championship’ Facebook page might have a bit of traffic tonight!

A game to forget and fair play to Forest who looked a good side, don't forget they have beaten much better sides than us this season. They should be the benchmark for where we want to be in 12 months time

We can take the losses, but to be outclassed in all areas (except goalkeeping maybe as we didn't test theirs enough to judge) is hard to take.

What a bunch of absolute dickheads, Nottingham people have this bizarre image that they live in some cosmopolitan metropolis on the English Riviera and that their football team are one of Europe's heavyweights. In reality it's a shithole with a lot of gang violence on the River Trent (complete with shopping trolleys) and their team hasn't been relevant for 40 years.

They seem to be taking the comments from another well known forum a little too literally.

I can still remember a visit to Brammall lane a few years back when their charming supporters sprayed glue into the locks and over the windscreens of cars where all the away fans had parked. What really annoyed me about that incident is it was obvious the guys manning the car park were in on it as they must have been pointing out the cars belonging to Forest fans.
We actually won that day though.

More Blunts Pre Match Comments......

I've done this before to show Wednesday's irrelevance in this century, but Forest's average finishing position since being relegated from the top division in 1999 is 15th in the Championship.

They've only managed to finish in the top 10 of this division 6 times in 22 seasons (for 3 of those they were in the 3rd Division, though). This is the measure of their big-clubness.

For a club which now calls itself the world's oldest League club, by default due to the hiatus of its much more amenable neighbour, and because they didn't orginally join the Football League because they wanted to be amateurs, a statement like "You can’t quite believe it’s still around" is a little bit dangerous.

Well having met with you a few friends prior to game all with kids, I can honestly say Sheff Utd fans are undoubtedly the scummiest bunch I have come across in many years.

Walking to the game with 7 Dads and 8 kids from pub park near train station it was clear there were a number of home "supporters" looking for easy targets initially with verbal abuse and then once Police arrived and they felt nice and safe the whole youngster hooligan hipster chav thing " 'come on then' 'from behind police.

Was funny though when one Dad (not from my group, but with a youngish kid) stepped through and acquainted himself with a group of about 10 of those poseur d1ckheads and they melted away until police grabbed Forest fan and pulled him back across road. Then they appeared again-mouthing off.

Afterwards similar.
