The question is surely if Nuno didn't rate Sosa and Jota why did we not invest in someone else in January? Were we really going to just try and get through only using Elanga and CHO?

It's meant we've gone away from 4231 too which has been to the detriment of MGW.

I won't lie, I had visions of Pterodactyl Head scoring his 200th goal and then Brentford pipping us for 7th place.

I know it feels raw, but this season has been a huge improvement. Yes, the way it is finishing is disappointing but to go from where we were to where we are now is a massive turnaround

This squad was built to be 10 points better than last season. We got to January and just couldnt move it as forward as was necessary. Only really Villa and City did that (by spending big money on fees or wages or both).

Ha it definitely felt like it was written to be that way. At least it's not another Lamouchi season ending.

Yes we've played crap for the last month or two but in my opinion we have had an extremely successful season and should be happy with it.

Yeah sure I get that but basically Jota and Sosa weren't trusted. Surely we could've found someone playable on loan that we could've at least thrown in to the mix.

OR given them more games to actually build confidence. Neither has looked great but both have shown an ability to shoot which we don't have loads of outside of Wood and Elanga (to a lesser extent).

Because it's a huge missed opportunity. It's not how you start it's how you finish. We may not get the opportunity again for a very long time, getting champions league could have been transformational for us in a way the other European competitions can't.

Personally, supporting Forest is like a religion to me. Its all gone wrong and im pissed, disappointed, amgry, upset.  I'm not going to sing and dance about being 7th when for 2 thirds of the season we were clear away in third.

For you to say im not fully invested with Forest only shows you obviously don't know me and my feelings for the club but its a free country for you to say that but the only thing I'm pissed off with is we should've tried harder in January to get reinforcements. 

After years outside the premiership we're should be slightly more happy than the continuous fight with relegation we've been in.
