Not sure what Kouyate does, I don't understand how he gets on in front of Santos.
Worrall will feel terrible tonight, but he has just been out muscled.
The subs didn't help and we're at wrong time.
It's criminal to not see game out after being 2 up.
It feels like a loss.

I didnt think Aurier looked fit enough, doesn't say a lot for Neco that he still started ahead of him.

Wood scored twice yet missed another 2-3 that he should've scored. MGW missed one good one, that Sangare miss, jeez.

Hard to defend that mistake from Worrall though. He's had some big games this year but he's also made some really standout errors that have cost us points.

Not much to say about the 2nd.. there big lad just stood there and it was a little embarrassing watching Joe instead of getting between man and ball and winning the header wait until it's almost past him before missing it altogether.. was shocking

Don't forget MGW getting annoyed at a lack of a foul and needlessly giving away the free kick they scored from.

We've played the three promoted teams at home and won once. These sort of results put pressure on us when we have the big teams come to town

What was Cooper thinking today? Dear me.

Yep.

The tactics and subs were correct. We were cruising. The players lost all focus and that means all of them not just our favourite scapegoats.

It's not scapegoating mate. Joe Worrall most certainly should have cleared that second goal. It was a typical Worrall cockup.

MGW lost his head for the first goal.

Agree about MGW but you have to defend your box and it's criminal that we didn't..

Debate all we want. But coops made them subs to give players minutes. I'd of accepted it if we were 4 nil up, to football suicide. Clueless from cooper.

I am livid with that.
Firstly the subs - all at the same time- stupid.
Bringing on Yates for sanagre should have been the only change for 5 minutes. Perhaps Aurier off too. We could have then looked at fatigue subs in the next 10 minutes. As it was we lost the midfield and totally lost the initiative.

Their first goal - horrendous mistake. Ok but Luton then sniffed blood and we totally lost any cohesion in midfield. Worrall then made mistake after mistake.
When the ball came in from 60 yards he decided to get into a wrestling match with someone bigger and stronger than him rather than keep his eye on the ball and contest the header. Even if he lost the header he would have put him off. Instead he gets caught wrong side and completely at fault for a 2 point loss. Shocking.
With our injuries at the moment the option at 2 nill for me would have been to play 541 with a box midfield. It would have suited our subs and negated the threat more.
Squad is very light up top now. How do CHO and Origi get injured in an international break staying back and training? What the fuck?
Wood took his 2 goals well but should have had 5.
Dominguez- one man press is amazing but bloody hell - why don’t other join him.
Elanga - two good assists today.
MGW - obviously hates the flank but did find more space in 45-70 minutes and was effective then.
Sangare - does not look 30m player.
Mangala- best player on pitch by a country mile
Turner - OK
Boly - very good
Murillo - decent - always looks knackered though
Toff - decent again

Kouyate - why?
Worrall- oh dear - poor and cost us 2 points - made several errors and caused panic. Slipped when had a chance at goal. I have loved Worrall but think he was the wrong choice today.
Williams- right wing?
Aina- could have got closer for second goal but probably didn’t expect Worrall to just get wrong side.

Really pissed off. Luton were proper shite and I worry now.

Santos- why did we loan him. If we are making subs - surely 2-0 up against a poor team is the time to blood him? No wonder Chelsea fans are pissed off with him not getting game time if tbe likes of Kouyate get on when we are winning.

Coopers excuse re resting players back from international duty is just rubbish. Those changes disjointed the team and he knows it.

The subs made sense at the time.. 2-0 goal advantage, complete control & Luton offered nothing.. fully understand giving players a rest. Only in hindsight has it cost us

Made sense changing the core of a team with 10 mins to go? I'm glad your not a football manager.

Honestly think Coopers time is nearly up he has brought us so far but to make them subs today is inexcusable
Taking Boly off was absolutely disgraceful - His excuse was it was a late flight back to the UK - Boly played no minutes in the break
Dominguez why he had a 2 week break no need to take him off
