No Prem fixtures in Jan Sniff.
6th Jan - FA Cup
13th & 20th - winter break, no fixtures
27th Jan - FA cup

I had no idea the EPL were implementing a winter break.
Just making it easier for the big clubs.

Bournemouth have sacked Gary O'Neil. Seems like an odd one being how comfortably he kept them up.

That’s a bit harsh.

Can see Jesse Marsh rocking up there, but would prefer it to be Lampard haha

Feel sorry for O'Neill to be honest he doesn't deserve that.

They lost their last four games and reading between the lines are struggling to attract players of the quality they want, some of it due to O’Neills lack of reputation

Well a few years ago Forest appointed a manager that took an unfashionable Spanish club to 4th place in LaLiga and Champions League qualification. We also tried another who was a former assistant manager at Real Madrid.

Iraola may well turn out to be good but you can’t convince me it’s anything but a gamble. Style of play sounds a bit like Valerian Ismael, high press, energy, force mistake grind out a result, lets see if it works in the PL.

If thats true, about the Valerian Ismael high energy approach, then its even more bonkers. Do they have the players to set up like that?

There was an article the other day suggesting there would be no Gary’s by 2050.

Maybe this is the start of it
