Well at least it's a point but we really need someone to finish the limited chances we get or we are as good as down.

Feel relieved more than anything that we didn't lose...thought we played well today and made Brentford look average at best.. credit where credit is due.

Now the moaning.. 2 long balls not defended has cost us along with VAR.. I still feel we could and should of had 2 penalties if you're giving the Brentford one... Regarding the long balls it was just like at Everton.. the attacker spins and makes a run in behind.. our defenders neither drop or step up to play them offside quick enough.. as JW has been saying this is just a trait of slow defenders... For the record I like both cook and McKenna but in the PL you need pace alongside you

I wish we'd stick to a formation and - as much as possible - line-up for a few matches to start building understandings. We win with Awoniyi starting, then get hammered and he's dropped next game when he probably was one of those least culpable for the Arsenal result.

Still at least we saw something like the MGW that Cooper wanted so much and also gained a point from behind for the first time this season (ignoring that we dropped points from ahead for the *fifth* time this season...).
