Horvath gets his chance.......and if he performs well then Cooper should keep him as number 1, and then its up to Horvath to lose the position, which will give Samba even more time to reflect on being an idiot.

The only trouble is, Samba is very good at getting play going again, quick counter attacks.  Horvath so far has not shown any glimpses of that.  So we might lose some of our counter attacking threat without Samba.

We will see in the next 3 matches anyway............Samba may be needed and we have to accept he is a clown.


What he should have done was fall over dramatically from the push in the back............

What he did do was not fall over and then slap the player who pushed him in the back.......

Lesson to learn there............fall over and dont look for revenge.

Horvath has had zero minutes on the pitch since Cooper has been here. What happened when he played under CH a different manager, different system, different style of football and with different players is irrelevant.

Anyway Horvath now has his chance under Cooper to show what he can do so lets hope that he grabs it with both hands.

I think Im going to have to backtrack somewhat having seen a decent quality replay. Was at the other end of the pitch for the Samba incident and just saw the grainy twitter view until now.
Looking properly Samba knew exactly what he was doing and he was a xxxxing idiot to be honest. He was getting wound up just before hand with a Stoke player behind the goal too?
Still say he is an excellent keeper who wins us more points than not but yeah he needs a rocket up him for that.

Exactly that Salv. Excellent player but im really worried now hes got a reputation olfor being easily wound up bt other players, amd more crucially, other fans.

There's no way Horvath is going to be able to distribute the ball the way Samba does. Shot stopping we may be ok. We'll have to wait and see if he can come and take the ball under pressure at set plays. Judging by the way he looked incapable of taking rhe ball and passing with his feet on his one appearamce, I suspect we'll notice a difference. Still fuming at Samba here.
