And yet again. Every match Rice gets rested for Arsenal after 60 something minutes. Anderson playing every minute again when we had to leave him out of our European match to give him some rest.

As people have said, nice to be moaning about such things but FFS give the lad a rest, particularly when you're bringing on his bloody cover. Hopefully Wharton gets next game so Ando can have a nice 15 mins caneo

I went to the Senegal game at the CG and decided then that Tuchel was the wrong man because it was an awful performance and everything looked off.
Think I was a little hasty, that particular performance was a meaningless game after a long season but he hadn’t been great til then either.
It’s definitely turned around since then all be it against weak opponents and TT does come over very well at interviews. Need to see what he can deliver when things are tougher but absolutely now earned a crack at the proper competition and its looking promising.

At least he doesn't seem in thrall to certain players like some past managers have and isn't afraid to leave players with big reputations out.

The proof of the pudding will be next year though like you say.

If anything that game seemed to set his mind on what not to do.

That said it's pretty incredible that the turnaround has come directly since Elliot Anderson came into the team.

I think some of the early reaction he got from us Forest fans was MGW related, and with hindsight plus his form dropping then Tuchel was probably right.

In terms of Anderson it was great when he was called up, but to go from there to one of the first names on the team sheet in five games is remarkable, and deserved. I just hope he's rested in the Albania game and Tuchel tries out backup options there.

Also, shout out to Ronaldo losing his head against Ireland.

If I were Tuchel I'd be playing him in every game left. The more he plays the better he'll be in the summer.

He's carrying a couple of knocks apparently, so I'd hope he also has in mind Elliott's potential fatigue

Me too, but what's important for Forest is maybe not Tuchel's priority. If I were him I'd be thinking the more game time he gets in an England shirt, and time playing alongside Rice, the better.

Tuchel could rest both Rice and Anderson.

He could play Henderson and Wharton in Albania.

He probably won't though.

A goal and an assist for Ndoye last night playing on the left.

Time to start playing him there rather than the right from now on?
