Worrall.  Yates.  Mighten.  Ribs.

They're young players.  And have been used by Chris to good effect in the current decent run.

Johnson is learning his trade and is at the right place and level to do so.

He'll be with Forest in the Summer preseason more likely.

SA.

I think most refer to the academy all of the above have played over 400 league games between them and of 22/23 years of age. Other than mighten obviously, that is not taking in his few appearances.

I would not class Yates worrall or Ribeiro youth players anymore they are established first team players.

They had earned that right before Chris arrived.

Yates must be on his fourth manager at Forest and Worrall has probably played for two more than he has.

The implication was that Hughton doesn't trust youth.

They are young players.

Mighten, even younger, Hughton gave him a chance to impress.

And yes.  Yates keeps getting picked.  He must be doing something right.

And Mighten is playing today.  So anyone saying Chris doesn't play Mighten or trust youth or young players is saying something that isn't true.

The Under 23s beat their nearest rivals Barnsley today by 3 goals to nil in Andy Reid's first game since his appointment was made official.

They are now 7 points clear of second placed Barnsley

No news available on the scorers

I was watching a training video on Ateef Konate’s Instagram the other day,

Picked the ball up, beat about 4, and curled it top bin from about 20 yards.

He looks a talent

The Reds' goals came from Will Swan (2) and Julian Larsson as Andy Reid won his first game in charge as permanent head coach.

Many thanks Joe

They are certainly on a great run of form at the moment

Interesting that theres no Konate or Sariavia playing for the u23s today, wonder if they both involved with the 1sts, both big prospects, one for a full international for his country, both look very exciting

The perfect opportunity to get them involved with the first team was in the FA Cup against Cardiff. I am sure both wouldve done better than Freeman and others, but neither could make a bench of nine subs!
