Fred in
Daws out
Fair enough - we have an overload of centre backs

Bad Maths from me, my list only has 24
So either Daws or Darikwa for last spot

You’ve also omitted Samba Sow.

Just listened to the press conference, and Chris said Daws was almost ready to return after injury. He also mentioned Bachirou as well.
So it sounds like he is in 25.
process of elimination suggests Diallo and Darikwa to miss out then

I don't think Diallo ever signed despite being pictured with a fake contract and a pen in front of him.

So it's two from 3. Diallo, Darikwa amd Dawson?
Assuming Diallo actually signed in the first place.
Personally I reckon Dawson will be in.

Yeh I think you are correct.
In his press conference yesterday Chris specifically mentioned Dawson and Bichorou returning to fitness and soon to be involved.
Therefore I can only assume Darikwa misses out

I think this is a bit of a con. I was told today that GK can be swapped at any time not just in January due to their specialist position.

Looks like Darikwa is the one left out.
I suppose it makes sense after his serious injury.
Hope he gets his career back on track though.

It depends how serious Freds injury is really. If he is expected to be out for another three months, lets say for arguments sake, then why waste a squad place on him, knowing we cannot utilise him before the squad window re-opens in January? How serious is Grabbans injury or Arters or Worralls? I have not seen anything stating how long any of the injured are expected to be out of action for. If any one of those players is expected to be out for a decent length of time, surely it is best to fill those squad places with players available for the time being?

Hope he gets his career back on track though. Fred will be back during international break, Chris confirmed this in his interview last week.
