Thoughts On The Next Nottingham Forest Manager

He seems to be doing alright and people have mostly forgotten about his past.

Somethings got to give. If we continue for too much longer as we have been we will be cut off and our season will be a fight for survival.

At this point it's not too late. Get a couple of results and we move up the table and there are 41 games to go so plenty of points.

If CH can get it right from today the season may not be lost. However if he gets until the next international break the damage may be irreparable.

Personally I think we should have made the change after the Derby game. I can't see anything other than another home game with 2 cdm and a manager focused on how good the opposition are and how wonderful their manager is. Every interview he does he seems scared of our opponents.

With results yesterday a win today still leaves us bottom. Anything other than a win and we become adrift in that bottom 3 and every game becomes that bit more important. The pressure on the players becomes that bit more intense. The contempt towards the manager from the fans become greater.

Cue us smashing Cardiff today and being top by christmas

Unfortunately some people easily move on if their clubs fortunes improve.

Thanks John but we are not interested in you.

Irrespective of whether you want CH to go or stay, that is highly disrespectful and insensitive of Terry to come out with that whilst a manager is still in post IMO!

Did you read the article though Tricks? No mention of Forest in the text at all.  It just says hes enjoying a year out of football and then will look to see what arises. 

This story exemplifies why i dont want any of these 'name' manager's at my club. The name is a total distraction and i think we're a better club than one that needs a Gerrard, Rooney, Lampard type to push it along. If we're going for an inexperienced manager id much prefer Chris Cohen.

I have a friend who works at Luton and he say that Cohen won't be there long as he is destined to be a manager and a good one.

He loves forest but is also calm, passionate and very knowledgeable. Cohen is someone who will go to another club and do very well and we will be the ones sitting here saying why didn't we get him.

Some will say that Cohen isn't experienced enough to do this job and it's too big... but then, according to some, our next coach will be a foreign name we have never heard of with no experience of this league or working at such a demanding club. Chris Cohen knows the league, knows the club and has worked under the intense pressure thenfans put on the team.

Thats intersting UWL. The club also has a lot of respect for Chris too I think so word might be spreading that he's a big managerial prospect. The more I think about it the more I like the idea.

I like Cohen.
