I have to admit I was highly tempted by a big money offer from a Saudi forum but the Predictions League is where its at.

It wasn't the Al Ava Ke'Bab site was it Sal?  :Laugh: :Laugh: :Laugh:

It's time to start gathering participants for the coming seasons Predictions League. Hopefully this season we will have more participants. It's your chance to really get involved in this forum and also to show your appreciation by making a small donation. I want to point out that the forum has not received any donations for many many months and I have been carrying the burden of all forum costs by myself.

So below is how this seasons Predictions League will work:


1. Prize money will be 150 pounds for the winner and 50 pounds for the runner up.

2. Each participant will pay 25 pounds to enter via the donate button and all proceeds will go towards prize money and towards the ever increasing running costs of this forum (please note we don't have any ads to cover our expenses).  Please state your username in the donation so I will know who you are.

3. If there are not enough participants then all donations will be refunded.

4. Full time scores only, no half time scores or golden goals except the last match (see point number 7 below) .

5. 5 points awarded for each correct score and 2 points awarded for correctly predicting a home win, away win or a draw. The table will be updated the following day after every match.

6. Only Premier League games, no Cup games.

7. If two or more participants have the same points after the last match, the winner will be decided by golden goal. In other words the golden goal will be used only for the last match if necessary. Then the participant who is closest to the first goal time will be the winner.

8. The deadline for participants is 12.00 midday (UK time) Friday 11th August.

9. All scores must be submitted before kick off time. Any scores submitted after kick off time will be invalid.

The winner of the Predictions league will receive 150 pounds and the runner up wins 50 pounds.
