Nuno i hope you realise how big this game is today. This for me will tell me if you are up for this job or not long term.
If we fail to come back with 3 points. Off you trot for me. No excuses to not win this game with the resources you have compared to a relegated Sheff United.

I think he realises it is big, he’s said today is a rivalry match.

I'm firmly in the camp of get rid at the end of the season.
We were awful that first half. A better team would have been out of sight and we'd be in real trouble.
I don't think letting him have the summer with his players is the answer. If we survive, thank you and goodbye.

Only a couple of weeks and we will find out. I don't mind him to be fair.
He will keep us up

I am Nuno in.
The conditions that he has had to work under have been horrendous.
Think he deserves a chance in a 'normal working environment' and to shape his own squad.

Me too Sniff, I think the article in the guardian this week sums up his tenure and what I think I've witnessed.
He has to be given time because every single metric is heading in the right direction with clear improvement.
It was never going to be an easy job replacing cooper with the fans feeling towards Steve. The next one in was never going to be what I'd call a true fair opportunity because of the connection we had with Cooper.
I've actually enjoyed our football under him, we are transitioning in to a good side, but he needs a couple of windows to shape the squad himself to stamp his authority on it and maybe we see a improvement in the only negative the goals we've conceded from set pieces.

For 20 years we changed our manager every 6-12 months, it didn't work.
Nuno is capable of more in the prem (he has the history.
He is willing to work under the owners structure, many managers won't.
I don't think he has done enough to be sacked. Give him time.

I am not a fan and I agree we would have lost that game against any other team i have seen in the premier league since we were promoted. However on another day we could have beaten City last week. If he keeps us up he has earned the right to start next season. There does need to be a very big improvement though.

Dear Jorge,
Here’s the shopping list.
We need to play 3 at the back to stop shipping goals and use wingbacks to give our front 3 some movement and options because they don’t quite get that bit yet.
- a pair of aggressive dominant athletic CB’s. That lad at Oly will do for one.
- A no9 who has pace and can really finish (have a word with Roma if we can do a LTB on Tammy pls?)
- a winger who has pace and can use two feet
- a physical athletic CM who can dominate the midfield
- plus I need someone to endear me to the fans- can you ask DJed if he’s sorry yet and get him on the cheap?

I'm unsure about him but we have played some good stuff at times (though dreadful at the back - which im puzzled why he hasnt sorted) and I think he deserves a transfer window to put his mark on the team. He also deserves the start of the season not having to negotiate AFCON and with a streamlined squad.
Having said this, I was one who thought we should have given Hughton more time, so what do I know!

I think with Cooper I kind of got the feeling that his time was up and he was done. I don't get that with Nuno at all. I think he's yet to stamp his influence on the side.
