So that means with 5 subs, 6 not starters will need to play 90 mins.

Morato, Cunha, Domingues, Yates, Ortega, Ndoye

If these lot cant handle 2 games a week then they all want selling if we get relegated. Not one fan use to moan about us playing 2 games a week in the championship, now were in the Premier league and europe we have to rest players. What a load of bollocks

Completely agree

Yes add me into this point of view.

For reference in our promotion year 21/22 we played 55 games with a far inferior squad.

This season should we make the Europa final we will play 57 games. We spent £200m last summer so we could do exactly that. We need to go for it, it may never happen again.

Think that's not a great comparison as every team plays those games whereas only a handful of teams are playong extra European games. Burnley clearly will have an advantage on Sunday, there's so many examples of this.

That said, I 100% agree with User, this is what its all about, see how everyone feels for Burnley. Who knows maybe Bakwa, Mcatee etc will be better options coming in fresher vs Burnley.

I also agree, I can't see how losing to Porto tonight with a weaker team is good prep for sunday.

There is still a good percentage chance that we will be in the Champions League next season.

10 years ago to the day, we were playing out a 0-0 v Rotherham in a relegation battle.

Anderson's mother has passed away. Condolences to him and his family. Obviously he doesn't play tonight.

Nice to see Cunha back, I reckon if Murillo leaves, he will take his place in the first team.

Their only change is Fernandes. Only 5 played in their last league match on Sunday

Wood's knee's gone again. He's done.

Phew, not. It looked pretty bad.
