Steve got booked for challenging the imbalance of officiating.

Sheff U players going down like they were shot. Getting free kicks.

And Forest getting 5 players booked for 'nothings.' Especially the one for Brennan (had to be held back) who was clearly aggrieved at being called a cheat. Which is what being booked for diving means.

Cooper had clearly had a belly full after the last two games of 'no penalty' decisions going against Forest.

Booked for being 'passionate'. At least he cares.

Nottingham Forest have found the back of the net 49 times under Steve Cooper. The highest return from any Forest managers first 30 games this century.

30 games  • 17 wins  • 9 draws  • 4 losses  • PPG of 2.00  Steve Cooper has the best PPG record of ANY Nottingham Forest manager in charge of at least 30 games.

With  17 wins of his 30 in charge, Cooper has won 4 more games than his predecessor Chris Hughton did, in 13 less games.

Steve Cooper’s Nottingham Forest have scored 4 goals in a game on three separate occasions. A Nottingham Forest side hasn’t managed that in a single season in 8 years

No doubt Burnley will be sniffing around Steve now they have sacked Sean Dyche. I personally cannot see the temptation for him though TBH

Maybe now though, we wont be getting them sniffing around Wozza!

I will never understand some of our fans. Some are actually saying on social media SC has taken us as far as he can and we should replace with Sean Dyche to make sure we go up???

They're either trolls or wind up merchants Mac.

I would never swap Steve Cooper for Dyche

I was expecting those comments after this result but not before!

No one in their right mind would swap Cooper now but it shows how fickle the game is and it would only take a short run of poor results to change the mood.

For what its worth Dyche with his Nottingham connections plus Ian Woan and Stevie Stone with him, you would take that in a heartbeat ahead of most of the clueless managers we have had in the last 22 years, just so happens we appear to have a good one right now.

I just hope he and his ex forest backroom team dont end up at the dip next season. That'd be hard to take.

Dyche in L1?? Dont make me laugh besides they couldn’t afford him, and American bitcoin boy certainly can’t.
Nah he will go to a PL club, to be honest even if we did want to swap Cooper, Dyche would probably be beyond us, mad decision to sack him.

I cant see him being attractive to an already prem side.
