Sorry guys but it’s true face facts

Ribeiro has been worse than Bong this season. 3 clean sheets in the last 4 and you want him dropped? Have a day off.

I think Yates has been our best midfielder this season until he got injured tbh.

Again though, just 1 person's opinion.

Sow's run in the team spoke for the results.  Just, coincidently, with Forest's unbeaten run and upturn.

Yates hasn't been that far behind.  He has formed a powerful alliance with Sow as the gatekeepers in CM.  His goal was a sign of his continual improvement.  It was an excellent goal from close range.  Bang.  Pick it out.

Unsurprisingly they both got injured due to be over played in the Wed/Sat schedule.  Even Yate's younger body didn't save him.  Because we couldn't rotate the below...

Arter, Fred pretty much also rans in CM.  But they have been injured or unfit for a Championship season.

Colback.  Arrived unfit.  Signs before and after his injury that he'll get back to the player we used to have.

So, for me, Yates has been in our top two CMs this season.  An ever present with a fantastic Captain's attitude and easy to criticise when he was behind a very under performing attacking midfield line that did not hold possession or score goals.

I think Yate's is great.  My favourite player.  I wouldn't grudge him being the best.  He was putting shifts in when the team was on the floor.

I had him down as my player of the season so far.  His attitude has been 1st rate and his improvement due to Chris's coaching is apparent.  He got injured just when he was really starting to come on.

Worrall had a spell out injured.  Now Yates has had a spell out injured.  That may change.  Worrall is putting in some mighty performances.

But again, the back line have a far better attacking line up in front of them.  And it seems to have given the back line and keeper far more confidence.

The problem playing garner and Cafu is they are to lightweight and neither is a leader so I would keep one garner and rest Cafu ideally I would replace both with sow and Yates
Also going forward I would play a team of

Samba
Soh worall McKenna colback
Yates sow
Knockaert kronko lolley
Grabban

Respectfully suggest we need a couple of full backs in there somewhere...

Good luck Jolly! :)

Good summary SA. A key thing for me with Yates was that he gave his all when other shy'd away.

I think he'll be a key part of Hughtons plans next year.

That looks good to me and it gives Murray, Freeman and Cafu a breather without weakening the team in any way.

Think as above but Krovinovic will drop out, Cafu plays in front of Garner and Colback.

Will take narrow defeat as long as I see us battle for 90 mins and not give em an inch of space.
