On the assumption that Shelley is regarded as too inexperienced at 19 I think we can safely assume that all 3 senior keepers ( inc Diallo ) will feature in the 25.
That would - if we assume that Hefele, Clough & Bong are excluded - still leave Hughton to nominate 3 more ( reduce to 2 if Grosicki transfer scrubbed ).
I assume that these will be taken from Darikwa, Jenkinson, Cafu, Bachirou & Ribeiro?

Make that 2 from 5.
I miscounted - the squad ( inc Grosicki ) total 32 ( not 33 )

I didn't think Mighten had to be included because he is under a certain age? or have I got that wrong? The same applies to Mbe Soh?

My mistake, i thought Fu had included Soh and Mighten in his totals, but he hasn't.

When you think about it, the EFL don't give a damn about the players.

How many players will there be, up and down the country, that for what ever reason, did not manage to get into their clubs 25 man squad.

That means they will just go to waste until January, when they will hope to be moved on. This is so unfair.

The best thing the EFL could do in this situation IMO, is make non registered players free to move to new clubs, as they would if they were free agents. I am sure most non-registered players would sooner be playing rather than taking their salaries for sitting at home all of the time. 

What motivation will they have for turning up for training, knowing they are not pushing for a place in the squad? I understand the EFL have brought this in to get clubs to reduce the numbers of players on their books, but they have not given the clubs enough time to offload those, especially on long term contracts, to reduce the numbers. Zach Clough automatically springs to mind!

I don’t see how they can be in the 25 if Grosicki goes through ( certainly not both of them )

I guess Hughton is telling them to get fit and review in Jan.

It’s not like they can play elsewhere
