Maybe Dyche is picking squads for the game? Nuno seemed to have the same 18 week in, week out - perhaps Dyche is picking a squad based on what is required (in his mind) for a specific game?

I'm not being funny about this - different manager, different approach?

Doesn't mess about, knows who the strongest XI and formation right from the get go.
No rotation, it's all about winning games.
If someone gets injured, next man up.
