Nottingham Forest - Bournemouth

Don’t want to say this too loud but hopefully a good time to play them.

They have 8 senior players who will be out who are normally certain starters.

Steve cook
Lerma
Danjuma
Stanislas
Ben Pearson
Lewis cook
Leif Davis
Jack Stacey

They have still got a lot of very good players mind in Solanke, Billing, Mepham and Brooks.
However a decent time to play them with a lot of young and inexperienced players in the side.

If I remember correctly it was that little s**t Brooks that ran rings round us last time. We always get targetted down our left hand side.
Stop Brooks, and we have a good chance.

Samba

Gabriel Toby McKenna Tutu

Yates Colback

Zinck Carvalho Johnson

Mighten

I'd even be tempted to play Fornah ahead of Colback. I'd love to see us show intent to get on the ball and get it into the feet of the front four.

If we sit in and try hold these out, we'll be in trouble.

Mighten is made to be a #9 and his movement, sharpness and quality on the ball under pressure will be really important. I don't dislike Lyle Taylor, I think he's had a bit of a raw deal, but I think Bournemouth's CB's would much rather face Taylor than Mighten.

Could almost be a fortunate time to have to play a right-footed player at LB if Brooks plays wide right.  A bit like when Janko played LB and Wilson, who wants to cut in all the time, but then goes right into the natural path of right-footed left-back.

If Taylor does play and he scores again, then CH is really going to have a hard time dropping him for Grabban. Big game for him tomorrow I think. Score and he gets a run in the side. Sit on his arse with his hands in the air and he may be out the club.

Have to agree with you on this one ☝?

Looks a juicy line up.

Keeping some of the line up that performed so well vs Bradford.

I'm curious to see young guns Yates and Fornah in CM.

5 Academy products in that selection above.  I think Fin and Fornah could handle it.

Could be a good time to play Bournemouth as apparently have around 8 first team players unavailable

Surely Hughton can’t start with a midfield three of Colback, Yates & Cafu tomorrow

...but if the front free includes Brennan, Mighten and Taylor.

Solid base for those lads to work from?

It's not like Cafu can't pass a ball and mix it.  It may be Cafu in the no.10 spot with Brennan and Mighten either side?

I'd expect Yates and Colback to come in to the side as they didn't really play vs Bradford.

Not long to find out?

Their kids didn't look back against WBA lol :D

I'd gladly take a point.

Not disagreeing about Cafu, but you’re still going to need a naturally attacking midfielder in there whoever the front three are….

Woodgate been replaces by Scott Parker as Bourney manager?

Have to say, their kids didn't do too bad vs WBA from what I saw of it.

Taking at least a point would help get the season started against tough opposition.
