Injuries And Suspensions
CHO and Luiz out for Sturm Graz, CHO sounds like he has a good chance for Leeds but Luiz sounds longer term unsurprisingly.

International break will help heal some of these injuries

Don’t think Anderson has travelled. Probably resting him as he has played a lot of football.

Dyche just said that he has had a heavy workload, played through knocks and thought he needed a rest because he could breakdown at any moment.

What was Nuno doing in pre-season?

I keep hearing that many players are not fit.

Also so many injuries and niggles.

I mean pre-season is all about fitness right?

And Nuno was our manager in pre-season.

Most newcomers arrived after the season had started.
Who out of the squad who was here for pre-season is unfit?
I would say it is down to lack of match fitness and lack of competitive games. No longer having reserve football is a big miss, too many players just have training and nothing else. It showed that Abbott who is at least playing competitively looked way sharper.

Okay if it makes you feel better.

What was going on in pre-season and the beginning of the season?

Nuno had all the new players at his disposal before he left.

I know you are desperate to pin all our problems on Nuno but its not that simple. I have zero sympathy for him myself and accept he wanted out which led to a bad atmosphere pre season but think there are/were wider issues including of course the awful decision to employ Ange.
Big job for Dyche but he’s the right man to sort it

Precisely and one of the biggest issues was not getting the transfers done for Portugal, hence pre-season.
