I hope we don’t underestimate them, as players and fans, like we did Midgetland.

Looks like everyone has underestimated them as they're the only team to win all their matches so far.

Whereas Malmo have 1 point, finished 6th in the Swedish league and haven't played for nearly three weeks. This is the equivalent of England playing the likes of Andorra etc (or Sweden in current form!).

Presumably they will defend deep, so it will be interesting to see how we go about playing a team like that. Need CHO etc to step up and get us ahead early.

Biggest dilemma is probably who plays up front assuming both Wood and Taiwo out.
I would start Jesus but we need him for next Sunday too. Depends if Dyche has had an opportunity to work with Kalimuendo and get the best (or at least something useful) out of him.

John or Sels in goal? For the rest we probably rotate as many as we can but yes this is a must win if we want to progress. If it goes to plan get ahead and sub some regulars on 60 mins, its football so it probably won’t go to plan.

John
Williams Morato Milenkovic Savona
Yates Sangare
CHO McAtee Ndoye
Jesus

Always Sels, might be tempted by Abbott or Cunha and rest Neco too.

I don't think Cunha is in the squad unfortunately. Boly is and that is kind of an abberation.

I wouldn't mind playing Abbott. Seems decent.

This might mean 3-5-2. Is Bawka ready to play? He has been in training. So Cho and Bakwa. with McAtee in the 10. This only leaves Kalimuendo or jesus. If we need Jesus against Wolves then it is the former. let us hope he plays better than last time. What is happening with Chris? I thought he was training too.

I would play, Yates, Luiz and Sangare in the midfield. I think Dom is going to get the nod against wolves unless Hutchinson is going to be unleashed early against the wooly Wolves bastards... If that is the case then Dom plays against Malmo.

The back is probably Morato and Milkenhovic. I am not sure sean is going to break up the whole line so maybe Abbott plays on the right? Does this mean no time off for Neco? Poor sod. Although he has been magnificent. I would be very tempted to rest Morgan, Ando, N'Doye and Jesus.

Sean has a job on. The new boys if fit have to play though. Got to see what we have.

Chicago: Into Heinz varieties.

Can’t we make injury substitutes to the squad? One offs and we have to announce r it ahead of time so the opposing team know?

We already have in subbing Zinchenko for Aina. You're only allowed one before the group stage and that was it.

Agreed but they built some momentum on the back of our result.

Is this a sell out yet?

Just a note on team selection - we have 6 games in 14 days coming up. We need to utilise the squad and think about that in game one of the block. We need points in both competitions- a real conundrum for the manager.

I'm just a bit concerned that we have all these games and Dyche has apparently been running the squad hard these last couple of weeks. Hope he knows what he's doing.
