Nottingham Forest head coach Nuno says Danilo will have surgery next week on what the #nffc boss calls a "serious injury". No timescale for Danilo's return until after the surgery.

Nuno is always coy re injuries
It was never going to be 2 months.
It’s a minimum of 6 weeks non weight bearing following a clean break, then physio and gym for another 4 weeks.
Then some non contact training.
I will be amazed if he plays a match within 16 weeks

Awoniyi just doesn’t seem to be getting fitter. It’s the total opposite, Did they botch his surgery or something because he’s running in slow motion.

Sorry what?

We’ve seen it constantly since he arrived, he doesn’t trust his body, that’s why he rarely completes 90 minutes

Happened again on Saturday.

37 minutes in, he looked at the bench and they ignored him.

Forest hoping Danilo is back in training by December. Yates has been ill - hoping he recovers in time to play against Wolves.

Willy Boly has returned from International duty due to injury, Ivory Coast head coach confirms to
@lavenir_sport:

“Regarding the absence of Willy Boly, I will simply explain to you: he was unfortunately injured in training just before our match against Chad.

“Examinations revealed a calf injury, and he is therefore unavailable. He returned to the club [Nottingham Forest] to recover.”

Thankfully not as much of an issue this season.

Well at least we have Milenkovic, Murillo, Morato and Omobamidele.

Hopefully a calf shouldn’t be too long
