Hear what some are saying but by staying in the PL we can go again to try and qualify to play again in Europe, cant do do in the Champiuonship, plus the difference in income would drop by £100 million plus and a mass exodus of our better players, I know what I would take now if offered.

Those “better players” are part of why we are where we are.

Pragmatically speaking, and based on what we saw yesterday, I don't think at this current time we have what it takes to beat Villa over 2 legs. So on that basis I'd want the prem game to be prioritised. But, I can see this Thursday's game going to full way and to penalties. If that's the case the full squad is pretty much going to be utilised anyway.

Beating Porto would be a huge boost but we really need a result against Bumley too.
It's a tough one. I would play Bakwa though. He looks a menace when he is confident. Just got to get him to torture their full back as they are a very physical side.
Chicago: Caught between two worlds.
About your first point I think you have a natural bias, not having a go at you as many people do the same. Morato was decent and solid for the most part although he did make a few mistakes which is what he does. Abbot grew into the game but simply doesn’t look ready at this level which to be fair is elite level, Porto would give any PL team a very tough game. He just hasn’t had enough competitive experience at any level yet and it showed first half, not helped by having inadequate cover from the wingbacks either. not slagging him, doesn’t mean that he won’t be top class one day.
If we are going with a back 3 we need both Murillo& Milenk and one of the others, not the other way around. Jair Cunha if fit I would make 3rd pick.

Morgan Rogers, John McGinn, Matty Cash, Lucas Digne and Victor Lindelof would miss a potential Europa League semi-final first leg if they receive a booking on Thursday night.

They'll be fielding a second string I'd imagine so most of those wont get booked. They got the job done in the first leg.

If they do let’s hope they’re a little too over confident like we were against fenerbache

That’s a huge risk for them given how much Bologna were all over them.

What is that music when Bayern Munich scored? I thought they were a serious club and German fans had the best atmosphere. They need to cut out the clown music
