If wolves can start taking points off some of our rivals - well that would be very welcome

Big weekend this one.
Lets hope we come out of it in a better place than we are going into it.

Need the scoucers to win, they never do when you really need them to win.

This sounds strangely familiar???
Igor Tudor has warned his Tottenham Hotspur squad he does not care whether they like his shock-and-awe approach and has challenged his young players not to “cry”. Tudor, the interim head coach, has revealed that he has introduced tough running drills into Tottenham’s training sessions since his arrival. The shock-and-awe approach carries the risk of upsetting players, but Tudor insisted they have accepted his tough love. “I put some runs without the ball. Never players like runs without the ball so we put some runs without balls [into the sessions],” said Tudor. “But it’s a moment when there is no time to think too much about what somebody doesn’t like. And the best thing is that they understand this. So they gave me their availability to do these things.” Asked if he has been working his players extremely hard, Tudor, who is Croatian, replied: “Yeah, that’s the only way. Running. The pitch is 100 yards – you say yards here? A hundred yards, it’s long! So you need to run

On a serious point, whilst Dyche’s overall tactics may have been questionable, I had very little sympathy with our players whining about running too much. Be interesting to see if Tottenham do respond to him, obviously best for is if they don’t and he takes them down.

There was a video of Tudor telling Van der Ven to move up the pitch in their first match under him and VdV basically ignoring him. Unless that’s out of context clip it doesn’t bode well!

I think one of the main reasons it didn't work was Dyche's strategy didn't account for all the extra Europa games and recovery etc. Dyche hasn't done that before and was terrible at rotating. The worst one was inexplicably bringing on the starters at 3-0 up on 60 vs Ferencvaros. I do fear the high pressure tactics of Vitor might have similar issues at least until we get knocked out of Europe though. Particularly as we have proven repeatedly we have only a few usable rotation pieces.
