The Premier League 2022/23
A club with the worst away record in the whole country relying on getting an away win on the last day to stay up is absurd.

I would definitely take a situation where a win on the final day would keep us up. Have you not seen our fixtures?! Beggers can't be choosers

The way we are playing atm, you look at the remaining fixtures and you struggle to see any points coming in,

Liverpool will beat us
Brighton will destroy us .
Brentford maybe,
Southampton, probably get lucky and beat us

Arsenal.. destroy us.
Palace, on a very good run

If coops needs a experience assistant then it's too late. Just like it is to change manager. He's had all season to get one. Especially for the past 8 weeks when we have been struggling

Be a fresh change in the summer, and a whole new squad rebuild for the championship sadly

It should be a positive

Seriously?

Should we have an open top bus parade too so we can have a proper celebration?

Yes, seriously.

I didn’t say it should be celebrated. I said it’s a positive.

Whether we finished 12th or 17th I couldn’t give a rats ass, I just want us to stay up.

I expected us to be far adrift by now in all honesty

I would rather have that opportunity than be relegated beforehand

If we stay up it will be an achievement and I for one will be celebrating. We were favourites for relegation before a ball was kicked. A lot of pundits said we were not ready for promotion and they probably had a point. It’s an achievement for any promoted team to stay up especially one that went up by the playoffs and not been in that division for 23 years. Actually achieving it though is increasingly looking more unlikely. We seem to be getting worse not better

WTF? It would be massive for me I know that much.

40 odd players signed, a colossal amount of injuries to contend with. It's never been done before with this amount of players.

I am not looking forward to the day Sheff United over take us with that c**t of a manager who no doubt will still harp about injustices is what drove them on. So if that can be avoided I'll be celebrating for sure.

Can’t dispute any of that but with seven games to go let’s look forward, not back.

After Liverpoo, rinse and repeat despite the result.

After Brighton, rinse and repeat, and so on.

There will be plenty to assess when the season ends. A few months back we were laughing at how other clubs were disjointed, fans, clubs and players not together as one. Unfortunately we’ve become the same and the fans are as culpable for that as everyone else.
