Nuno Espirito Santo
Hopefully it can be resolved and Nuno stays and we move on. We could have potentially another fantastic season with Nuno

Still major discussions to come but despite Marinakis’s anger he wants some kind of unity and no further distractions for a squad which he feels is strongest for decades

Cannot disagree with the latter comment. But will the manager use these players if he did not want them... As a club we all need to be united and pulling in the same direction otherwise we are screwed

Sort it out EM get them both counselling (my wife freelances) best solution is to move forward with ALL parties and try and resolve any differences.

Lets face it, I think we all thought Traore was a bit of an odd signing by the club.

This is basically a bunch of rich mens egos and we’re caught in the middle.
A bit of me would like it if EM sacked both Nuno and Edu and we went our own way having nothing further to do with either agent.

Nuno has done this for a reason. He either wants to get sacked or we will see a couple of his signings come in next week.

There could be other reasons but it seems tactical.

Nah, you don’t do this just to get a player you want.

Nuno clearly wants out. He's behaved terribly but he has form for this. You won't resign though will you? Very very poor from Nuno.

Northeastred makes an interesting point on the transfers thread. We're still looking to sign players regardless of the managerial situation. I wonder what we say to managers about their autonomy regarding signing players. Should a coach just coach what they're given?

I think that is an increasingly outdated model and understandable due to short lived nature of managers.

Lots of clubs recruit for a style of play and seek managers who play that style rather than allowing a manager to dictate. Days of managers being around and dictating transfers ala Clough are ongoing gone.

Rob Dorsetts tweet is at least encouraging seems like ems gonna sort it out hopefully for what works best for the club at the moment

I wonder what the players must think
