Brighton - 4411/4231/442. Fantastic job and got them progressively better but had a supportive structure. Sacked but with a heavy heart and a club with more finacially viable to go in a more progressive direction.
Let’s be honest- we have been S**t since Leeds and that was disciplined home defensive performance in what he specialises in.
He has a brilliant record at championship level and admirable at prem level.
Let him do his job please....
Think that suggests he adapts his approach depending on the circumstances.
I'm warming to him already.
