High energy long ball 442 / 4411 with Newcastle - promotion. 442 /451 Newcastle prem - 11th then sack.
Birmingham - 442 high energy with a shocking squad - 4th
Norwich - quite defensive but didn’t get relegated!
Brighton - 4411/4231/442. Fantastic job and got them progressively better but had a supportive structure. Sacked but with a heavy heart and a club with more finacially viable to go in a more progressive direction.
Let’s be honest- we have been shit since Leeds and that was disciplined home defensive performance in what he specialises in.
He has a brilliant record at championship level and admirable at prem level.
