Left field suggestion, get Nathan Jones from Luton and bring Cohen back with him.

I know he was poor at Stoke but they had big problems going on there, He has worked wonders at Luton. Whether he would come to this madhouse Is another matter.

From the fact that Cohen's gone there in the first place, I doubt either will want to come here tbh.
