I’ve stated that I think Sabri should go - mostly emotional responses to matches BUT this guy has had 12 clubs in 10 seasons or something like that. Cheap option.
Time in my opinion opinion is that we go one of two ways from here on in.
Option 1: the best coach they can get with a massive promotion bonus on a short contract. E.g big Sam.
Option 2: structural revamp and appoint a proper director of football / sporting director ( Garry Brazil for me). Revamp scouting for long term and instil a footballing philosophy from academy through to first team. Employ a number of talented young coaches and a real long term plan. First team coach to be young and ambitious but totally on board.
