you could argue M o N was a success, you could argue he was a failure but come on he only had a few months here, telling it how it is and making players run up a steep hill, imo, ain't failure, the club is a failure which cannot be pinned really on any 'coach' who wants to step up and be a manager

Watford had been on a bad run when Pearson got sacked. If we are going to replace Sabri we need a manager who is going adopt similar tactics. We can't afford another complete change of style and personnel to implement it.
