Agree - the fashion is to get the manager that fits the ethos of the club, not to get a manager that sets the ethos of the club.
The latter allows for a more sustainable approach and gives the club a clear identity. Obviously if our ethos is chaos and underachievement then we're doing alright and have mastered it over the last two decades
