Assimilate them into what though? Usually you can get a sense of whats happening tactically when new players are gelling but at the moment it's very hard to see what the end result is supposed to be, we have players who can play through the lines now but instead we still sit deep and hoof it to Ameobi as the main 'tactic', it shows no signs of progress or getting better imo.
I didnt say it wasn't a one sided debate! I agree its the lack of any sort of adjustment tactically that makes it hard to continue to back him
