Its incredible how, from a team that only a few months ago needed only some fine tuning to get promoted, to practically being dismantled and start afresh.
By saying this I am not implying that we were playing champagne football, but its incredible how quickly we were found out, no plan B, that our plan B was to start afresh ... not sign of good management...not only for now but also for the future.
It doesnt make sense that, first you find a system that works, offcourse at some point the opposition will get hold of it, your next move is to; dismantle a whole team nd try to build a new one ... you achieve nothing ( long term) going with that mentality... it's close to impossible that the perfect system last a full season, at some point you will get found out nd its here that good management comes out ... how to adapt to a new scenario....fast ...
To be fair mate, you were often pretty critical of the squad and team.last season and the fact that we were slightly lucky to be where we were in the league so clearly based on that suggests to me we needed more than fine tuning
